This particular ninja coffee bar model has major issue, please do some google research before buying. The coffee maker brews a great tasting cup of coffee, the problems comes with the amount of coffee it brews. When you go to brew a full pot of coffee it brews 2/3 of the pot. When you go to brew a travel mug size, its brews all of the water in the storage(aka soaking your counter...). There is a major issue with this unit and ninja refuses to acknowledge, I was lucky enough to return mine past return policy, fused to swap for new unit.

I really love this coffee maker. Like how I can either make a single cup or pot for guest.

To be upfront, the free two day delivery on this item took 6 days so I'm already a little sour and my opinions should be weighed accordingly. As for the product, a little screw on the frother came off while washing it after 2 weeks and went right down the drain so the whole thing fell apart. Called Best Buy and they said in order to get it replaced, I'd have to repack and ship the whole coffee maker back, at my cost, and then wait for a service review and hope for a refund. Then I could repurchase it at that point. Of course, if it's not on sale anymore by the time I go through all that, then I'm out that money too. What a waste of time and money. This whole experience has been just too much trouble. Lesson learned is to buy expensive stuff from stores that accept exchanges on broken merchandise or if doing it online, go with sites that excel in customer service.

Needed a new coffee maker and my daughter told me this is a great machine

I purchased the Ninja - Coffee Bar Brewer as a gift for my son and he immediately enjoyed using it.

I purchased this contraption to replace my dying old Keurig. I thought it would perform better but I was wrong, it does the job of an above average coffee machine no more no less. I will keep for now but when the time comes to replace, I will be looking for a different brand. Dripping, screen has a mind of its own, steams to much.
