We upgraded from a Keurig with their wasteful pod to this. We like it a lot better because we can make specialty drinks using the different modes offer on this model.

We constantly make cappuccinos, espresso's and they all come out professionally! Best in the Market!!!

So glad to not have the cleaning issues from a Kuerig! This make perfect coffee everytime with ease. No special kcups, pods or anything. The recipe book to make specialized drinks is amazing. My twenty-something daughter no longer needs to stop for her special coffee drink in the morning. Its sleek and modern looking and takes up much less valuable counter space then our previous coffee system.

Love that this coffee makes different types of coffee! Hot, iced, espressos even comes with a foam maker! I used to buy 3-4 dollar coffee every morning, now I only buy coffee out if I'm out of town!

This is by far the best coffee machine I have owned. I purchased this after using a kuerig for years. And boy have I been missing out, the coffee from the kuerig tastes like water poured over cardboard compared to the ninja. I like my coffee black and the flavor from this machine never disappoints me. The fact that it doesn't tell you there isn't enough water before you start the brew process is quite annoying but not a deal breaker, just takes some getting used to. Drips a lot more from the pour spout even with the stop on, but with this being more like a traditional coffee drip brewer that is to be expected. I only made a few specialty drinks with the milk frother but there were compatible to coffee house drinks. Overall, a great choice with multiple uses.

Love Love this coffee maker. It makes really good coffee and is easy to use. The only thing I worry about is that a friend had one and the glass carafe broke. It was easy to replace at the time his broke but it is harder to find one in stock at this time. Regardless this is a great coffee maker so I would highly recommend it to anyone. I would just suggest if you like the one with the glass you get a back up.

I had a 5 year old Keurig that I needed to replace and I wanted to go to something that took ground coffee easier and could make a carafe. This was the best thing I could find in my price range. It has a good brew to it and a lot of cool features like a removable water reservoir that can be turned different directions based on placement of the coffee maker. I also like the delay brew feature which is nice so I can set it all up at night and it will be ready for me when I wake up. It also has a brew over ice feature. Overall I am completely happy with the purchase. I highly recommend it

We bought this because we love our coffee ,and this machine is amazing. There are so many options to use but mostly use the half carafe,travel mug,and single serve cup. It accommodates us in any situation. The coffee taste better,easy to use,and the machine tells you when to run cleaner (vinegar ) through it. We've had it for a month and can't imagine ever going back to a regular coffee maker. GREAT BUY!!!

It makes the best coffee. I like stronger coffee and it lets you select different type of brews.

I was torn between this and Kuerig, but decided to go with the Ninja because it was on sale and it does both hot and cold drinks. It has been worth the cost. I love the drink making book that comes along with this maker for iced drinks, but it also has many hot drinks as well. The model I purchased comes with a glass carafe, which I wish was insulated, but that comes with the higher end model. I wish it was universally insulated for the price point, but it is not. I would like to have it, but I couldn't justify in my mind the extra cost to keep coffee hot vs just brewing what I need each time. The maker does have a warming plate though, so that helps. It also comes with an apparatus to foam milk to mix with/top off coffee, The timer is nice as well. I really like the smart IQ system that accounts for melting ice when brewing the iced drink. It keeps it from tasting watered down for the entire beverage. The only thing I am not a fan of is the size they used for a travel mug. I am sure how many OZs each setting makes are buried somewhere in the manual, but it should be printed on the front of the machine next to its respective setting illustration. For all the travel mugs I have, the travel mug setting only fills them about 2/3rds full. I then have to brew a cup size to top off the travel mug, but then it makes too much. I've just started to brew half a carafe and then filling the mug on the way out the door from that, but it does waste some coffee. Small price to pay I guess.

I love this machine. It makes a delicious cup of coffee and with the recipe book, you're coffee creations are endless.

I like this more than the Keurig we had before. We use regular coffee grounds and can do a single cup. Just with there was an easier way to clean it

We upgraded from a basic coffee mate. Best upgrade ever. It's not complicated at all to use. Very easy to use and clean after too. Coffee taste so much better too! I like to use the classic button for my coffee and my husband likes the rich one. Both are very good. What I love most is that coffee is really hot so when I add my creamer it's perfect, not warm but still hot! Good purchase!

I already own a Keurig and felt that the coffee is too weak and I did not want to get a standard coffee brewer. I love that the Ninja Coffee Bar let's you brew a cup, a travel mug, 1/2 carafe or full carafe. I can even customize the brew to classic, rich, ice coffee, or specialty. I make tons of iced coffee and espresso drinks. I wish the water reservoir was bigger but super easy to use and refill.

Pretty good quality. Brews the coffee at a decent time and mixes well. I'd recommend paper filters, the included one attends to leak coffee crumbs. Overall a great coffee maker.

Can do it all. Bought for over ice brew method which works great. Delay brew is simple and easy to set up. I have made a few hot cups of coffee. The coffee is perfect drinking temperature. If taking a hot cup to work, I recommend warming the mug up before hand. Coffee does not taste burnt and it is easy to clean. Highly recommend if you want a coffee maker that does iced coffee.

I love this machine. It makes a terrific brew, I especially like the over ice brew.

This is a great coffee maker for anyone who wants a cup of coffee plain, or something fancy with flavors and foam.
