Bought this for my gf for Christmas and she loves it like absolutely loves it. She uses it so much she is bouncing off the walls constantly because she keeps trying different ways to make her coffee and frothing flavored creams and whatever. She says it was her favorite present and loves how it comes with the travel type mug with a straw. I myself can say the coffee does tastes like Starbucks and it has great flavor. Definitely recommend.

We've been making a pot a day for a while now and it produces great coffee. It has some really interesting and thoughtful features. It even comes with a phone number to call for help/advise. I haven't used all the features yet, but it seems very polished.

A beautiful coffee maker! The termal carafe keeps coffee hot for 5-6 hours! The only downside is the fact that you can't clean that carafe inside being to small at the top of it! Brew an amazing tasty coffee using the Rich brew option!

We have had this coffee maker for a couple of weeks. Although I was worried about the thermal carafe, it keeps the coffee plenty warm for a substantial period of time without burning the final four cups. The only criticism I have so far is that when you use a paper filter, the grounds very often end up in your cup or pot if you aren't extremely careful. Otherwise, I feel like an All-Star coffee drinker with this new toy.

I bought this because of the reviews and it didn't disappoint. If you looking for an all in one coffee maker it's worth the price. I use it a lot and couldn't be happier.

Makes excellent coffee, very easy to use, very quick.

My husband and I are loving this coffee maker. I can make a cappuccino and he can then immediately make an iced coffee. The temperature of both is perfect and the iced coffee brews slowly so that you are left with lots of ice, rather than watered down coffee. My only complaint is that the carafe isn't big enough for us to both get 2 large cups of coffee in the morning. The other issue is that my husband drinks his coffee at 5:30am and I'm not pouring my first cup for 2-3 hours so it's not super hot at that point because there is no hot plate and there isn't a tight fitting lid to keep heat in. The lid that screws on while brewing has a big hole down the center of it (like a straw) so I feel it lets the heat escape once brewed. An easy fix would be if Ninja made a tight fitting lid that could be put on the carafe once the coffee has brewed. We still love it and would recommend it!

This is a superb coffee maker. Very easy to use and the taste is simply outstanding. The rich brew setting is quite strong but delicious. Classic brew is also delicious. Get the insulated carafe. Well worth the extra money.

I bought the Ninja to replace both a standard coffee pot and a single serve. I'm using the exact same coffee as before and the flavor is substantially better. The ability to single cup, travel size, or pots has been great. My wife uses the specialty brew almost nightly. It's worth the extra $20-$30 to get he insulated carafe as well.

Quality built coffee maker, great pure coffee taste, found that the less expensive (course ground) taste better than the name brands. ie: Aldi or Dollar General brands for example. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours. We only use distilled water should increase the life of the coffee maker as well as better taste.

So, it seems these days that the industry standard for high and even medium end coffee makers is to include KCups. Ninja has ignored this and instead used a modular, easy to clean, easy to maintain, system. The Brew Bar comes with a milk frother for your fancier drinks, a measure scoop to get the perfect amount of grounds, and a stainless steel carafe. The system itself is easy to use, with no brainer buttons and levels in the water tray. Simply add the grounds for the strength of brew, turn the knob to tell it how much, and hit your brew type, and your off to the races. Honestly, with one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time.

Easy to use. Love that I don’t have guess the proportions between water and grounds, but still have the flexibility to make a strong brew. Great recipes. I’d buy it again. Only thing is that the instructions for initial use aren’t super clear. All others are good. Made ice coffee! Sooo good.

We have gone through several lower-priced coffee makers in our smal office over the last couple of years so I decided to pick up a Ninja. The employees love the flavor of the coffee that comes out of this machine and it appears very well built. Would definitely recommend.

love this coffee pot ,it is really easy to use and makes a hole pot of coffee fast.This is the third coffee pot I have bought in the last year,I think this one is a keeper. Love it

I am loving this coffee bar. This steel carafe really does keep the coffee warm for hours and the single serve is a great option. I've been having a cappuccino every morning and sometimes at night too! The technology in it really does make a tasty cup of joe!

This machine had all the features we were looking for, and more. The water chamber is easy to fill, and the large opening on the carafe makes it easy to clean. Most importantly this machine makes a great cup of coffee!

It does more than i ever could expected i never need to go to DD or starbucks again i can make it better an cheaper especially the ice coffee I got rid of my keurig ASAP deff worth spending a little extra on the thermal pot my sister has the glass n it does not keep it hot as long as the thermal but that is if u are going to use that a lot i am more of a single cup drinker NINJA IS THE BEST never bought a product i am not completely satisfied with they just keep getting better
