Customer Ratings & Reviews

So at first it was amazing. Then randomly the blade caught the sides of the cup and caused a ton of plastic shavings to fill the cup and got tangled in the blade. After some googling I was told the top wasn’t smooth enough. I know it was - but after cleaning up I tried the 2nd cup and even dug a little guide hole in the top. Same exact result. I’ve called ninja customer service twice now and can’t get through. Best Buy also told me since I’d passed the 30 day return window they wouldn’t help. Legit broke on day 32. So, I’m stuck. Buy a different model as right now I have a table top ornament that if I use could cause serious issues. Glad I’m the one that discovered the issue and not my son.

Excellent for my kitchen and for sharing with everyone who visits me at home

Works really well, It is really strong and quick to make milk shakes and sorbet. It makes softserve just like the store.

Great appliance, we are using a lot! So usefull. Loving it.

This is amazing. I have made the creamiest ice cream which is perfect for my keto diet. You have to respin, people don't read the directions and think the first, powdery stuff is the ice cream. NO! You have to respin to get it to creamy. If you are spinning a half container it help to add a bit of liquid to get the right consistency, otherwise it just stays powdery. But keep at it an you will be so happy you did.

It's amazing, works really well. We've made smoothie bowls and ice cream so far. The whole family enjoys it.

Omg! I love it. No ice hassles. Just plan ahead for your treats

Got it as a gift for my daughter. She loves it and uses it almost daily. She would recommend getting the extra containers for it.

my family ask for this machine found it at my favorite store best buy they are very satisfied

I'm an ice cream super fan but recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic. My granddaughter and I were talking about a zero sugar home ice cream and came across this. We've tried a few variations with Almond milk and protein powder which makes a reasonable alternative. I'm using the eFlow protein which is very flavorful and makes it feel like there is no sacrifice. If you need low carb or keto check it out.

Brought this product and it was very easy to use and make amazing ice cream and milk shake
