Fun! Very versatile and sleek. The center of attention, and works as the book states. But...here's why it doesn't get 5 stars: This unit replaced my Philips air fryer and my pressure cooker. However, there's no glass lid! My pressure cooker doubled as a "crock pot" (which the Ninja can do as well) which I could pop on the glass lid, and keep things warm and easily able to serve oneself. The Ninja also has no portability. I used to be able to pack up the pressure cooker and take to my Aunt's for Christmas. Well, not the Ninja. You can slow cook, but you have to do it with the pressure cooker lid, which is very awkward. Also, the air fryer ("crisping lid") doesn't come off! So when you are slow cooking, it's attached and in it's "up" position to the left side of the unit. Even if you have company over, how awkward for someone to serve themselves having to "unlock" the pressure lid (then relock it again) and having the crisping lid sticking up like an extra arm? Also, my Philips air fryer would tell me when it was preheated by sounding a chime. Not this one. As advanced as it is, you have to just tack 5 minutes on to any cooking time and make sure you keep track when to insert your food. Furthermore, the "warm" feature cannot be activated manually (as it could on my pressure cooker). The only way to activate it is to select one of the few settings that utilizes it and set the timer, and when the timer is up (minimum of 4 hours), only then will "warm" activate automatically. You can turn it off, but not back on again. I used this feature on my pressure cooker all the time. And lastly, the "deluxe" metal rack inside. Will NOT get clean in the dishwasher as advertised. Washed it 3 times on high heat, and still not clean. Had to scrub by hand. My Philips came clean first time every time. Great machine, lots of features. But lacking some small things that are simple yet really, really useful and missed.

I own the smaller version and have loved it so much that I bought my mom this deluxe version for Mother’s Day and she is obsessed!!! Her favorite recipe at the moment is carnitas tacos lol, she’s thanked me multiple times and I’m so happy she loves it as much as me! Definitely recommend! Best Buy got it here in a couple days since it was out of stock locally, love them!

When I was in line to purchase this item a lady in front of me said it was the best item she bought in a long time and after using the Ninja Foodie I have to agree with her. We use it mostly for the air fryer and every time we use it , it never fails to impress. I would say that for all it does it is the best item out there now for the kitchen.

Haven't owned it long enough to get a full feel of it but i love the convenience of not having to preheat an oven. Also cleaning the fry basket is pretty easy and is a decent size serving!

There is almost nothing this cooker can not do! The best corned beef ever!

Besides being bulky, this Ninja does it all, easy to use.

We recently received this foodi and the wife has made a new recipe every night. What do we love? We can saute, pressure cook and air fry all in one spot. She sauteed garlic and onions....added chix stock and red wine....added pasta, pressure cooked for 6 minutes, threw on mozzarella, crisped it and it was an amazing dinner! All in one pot, without touching our stove or oven.

Being a beginner I bought the recipe book by Kenzie Swanhart and this will help give ideas for your own recipes. The chicken was perfect and tender. Faster cooking pressure cooker. Due to being gone at Christmas I have only made chicken pot pie and Chicken Chili. Both came out perfect. Just alter the ingredients the way you want if you use this person's book.
