Filled my order with wrong model and won't return

My issue is with BEST BUY! I ordered this item and paid for it online. Drove 60 miles to the nearest Best Buy in Springfield, Oregon, for curbside, no contact, pickup. I parked and went and opened my rear door for the Best Buy associate to set it in the back and went back to the drivers seat. He put it in my pickup, I asked to be sure I got the correct one. The digital 8 qt, he answered yes. I drove the 60 miles home. Got out my foodi and started my first loaf of bread. I realized right off it had a dial instead of digital. I thought I ordered the wrong one but it will be ok. After starting my first loaf of bread I went back and looked at my reciept. It said #402 model, digital. I looked at my cooker and its a #401, So I called Best Buy, spoke with a representative. I've left 2 messages for the Springfield store manager to return my call to NO AVAIL. They have ignored my issue. Don't buy from Best Buy!
