Love this thing, but...

This makes me think there's an electrical issue with the unit and i'm afraid it'll start a fire or cause damage to my home. It still works, and cooks food beautifully. I think I just got a defective unit and I would still absolutely recommend this to anyone. If it wasn't for what I mentioned up above I'd give this thing 5 stars, more if I could.
