Still Getting Used to It

I used a slow cooker for a long time and I love that this is so much quicker. It gets hot quick, so definitely keep an eye on your food.

The first meal my wife and I tried to fix in it could probably have been better described as creating something like beef jerky and dried vegetables out of what was a nice roast before putting it in here to cook. We thought we followed the directions for preparing a meal, but must have missed something. But then, it was our first attempt, and we do not usually cook a meal with a pressure cooker. We are still learning. I expect when we learn how to prepare a meal in this properly, it will be a very useful kitchen tool.
