The 18 mph top speed is enough for everyday trips, and the 22-mile range makes it practical for commuting, running errands, or just cruising around town. It also folds up nicely, which makes it easy to store and carry when needed. Overall, it feels like a well-balanced scooter that delivers a lot of enjoyment without costing a fortune. For the price, it’s hard to complain — solid performance, fun to ride, and very convenient. Especially with the gas prices nowadays lol. I would have given it 5 stars if it were a bit faster but max 18mph is fine.

this does the job the supension on it so nice too i dont feel the big bumps and the speed is good for what it is and it gets me where i need to go the battery could be better but it is what it is

My family has five of these things at the house that are all different brands. This is the newest edition and it blows all the other ones out of the water. The pick up is great. The top speed is roughly 30 and we’ve been getting about 25 to 30 miles out of one charge. It doesn’t have too much of the bells and whistles going on, but still has Bluetooth disc brakes suspension. It’s incredible.

This is a great scooter for the price point. It rides smoothly and is very user friendly. It handles hills well, although they drain the battery significantly. It doesn't get quite as many miles per charge as advertised, but other than that it has worked as described. Great for my commute to and from work.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this scooter! It's been a huge hit with my kid, and the price is incredibly reasonable. The speed is well-balanced, making it ideal for young riders like mine.

Scooter is very durable, the shocks are a nice touch when you go over bumps. Ride smoothly for the most part. I was using the scooter as my commuter to work (4 1/2 miles round-trip) and I could barely go to work and back twice on Eco mode and the battery would die before I would even make it back home the second time. Maybe I’m not doing things right in Eco mode, but not being able to go even 8/9 miles on a full charge. Just seems a little low from what they market for their mileage.

I bought 2 of these for teenaged kids. They love them and ride them all over the place. The app allows you to set speed maximums so that my youngest doesn't go too fast and hurt herself. They have had them for almost a year now and have a couple hundred miles and they are still working like when we first got them. The only negative I can say is that if you are larger and going up hill they will slow down and not maintain speed on steep grades. My kids are 100 lbs and 130 lbs and they do not have a problem at all. I am around 220 lbs and can notice the slow down.

It is pretty fast on flat ground, does decent on hills and hasn't failed me yet. One some super steep hills it will go very slow especially if the battery is not full. I commute 20 minutes on this thing to work and 20 mins back. I can do that for 2 days until the battery runs out.

5 star , great product , highly recommended, Fast and smooth

The scooter itself performs well, but the rear tire went out after less than a month of light use. NIU’s customer service has been extremely slow to respond, and when they finally did, they wanted to charge me for replacement parts. For a nearly new scooter, that’s unacceptable. I regret this purchase and recommend choosing a brand that stands behind their product.

Let's start with the fact that at 113 kilos, the Niu can move forward and maneuver. Obviously it doesn't handle steep hills well, but otherwise it's a very good scooter.

I bought 1 for one of my nephew's birthday and he really liked it and enjoyed it. My other nephew, his cousin, also really liked it. Since his birthday is coming up as well, I am purchasing a 3nd one for him.

Great value for money, suspension was good, but mileage was low.

Pretty decently priced in the scooter realm. Wish it was a bit faster and wish the batter was a bit longer but. It has about a 6-7 mile range at its fastest speed. It takes about 5-7 hours to charge fully. For the price it has been great. Love that it has suspension so the ride it pretty smooth! Breaking was a bit to get used to as it breaks pretty fast but otherwise, easy to use!

The scooter is too long or tall. I'm 5 foot 3 inches, so it's hard for me to use, so I asked my friend's husband to buy it, than I returned it. But it's pretty good if you're 5 foot 7 inches to 6 feet tall.

My son rides it daily at college and it does well up and down hills. So thankful we decided to purchase this scooter.
