The headset is a fantastic intro to VR gaming. Super easy to set up and the guardian system which allows you to walk around is flawless and works well! The system is super responsive to games that originally required a separate PC to run which is nice because it makes this headset super portable and a fantastic game at parties. Being able to ChromeCast to a TV works well! And is perfect for playing VR with multiple people! The only downside is that the battery lasts for maybe 2-3 hours at a time. But once you hook it up to a portable charger and place it in your pocket, you can play for as long as you want!

Great standalone VR headset. Nice to be able to play without wires and with Virtual Desktop, you can even play Steam VR games wirelessly.

If you are new to VR, you can't go wrong with the Oculus Quest. Not as good as using a pc and headset, but much, much easier to set up and over $1000 less

I've previously played the PS4 VR, but the Oculus Quest is so much more immersive being totally wireless, and I love the guardian zone that keeps you in the play area.

beat my expectation - the portability is great to bring to family parties. everyone that has used it is blown away by how this can transport you into a new world

This headset is great for its price, I like how light it is and it’s portability. You can connect to a existing computer but I do recommend getting a longer cable as the one included is too short if your in a large play area like a living room, but if your in a small room it should be fine. The headset does need to be restarted sometimes due to the headset not connecting too the pc after putting down for brief moment, also sometimes the controllers will not show up and sometimes the built in microphone doesn’t work. If your audiophile I do recommend picking up a headset of some sort because the speakers aren’t that great but they’re ok. If the speakers were a little bit better or if the connecting problem was fixed I would rate a 5 star but it’s pretty inconvenient too need to reset the headset if the mic isn’t working or controllers aren’t showing up. But if your looking for a great overall head in this price range this is a steal.

I was hesitant to buy this at first but at the same time very fascinated at what it’s like to play VR. So I bought it and I wasn’t disappointed. My first reaction was exhilaration. I could t believe it. Played it for hours and hours. I couldn’t get enough of it. Bought a couple of games right away. I had Vader immortal and beat saber. AWE-SOME! Geeking out makes you feel old a real Jedi and you get to work out at the same time. Buy it, you’ll never regret it.

I own the PSVR and Oculus Go as well as some of the more rudimentary VR experiences like Google Cardboard and Gear VR, but by comparison the Quest is revolutionary. I can’t believe how easy it is to put on the goggles, draw your play boundary and start playing. You can take it anywhere! (Except outside during the day you can permanently damage your lenses if they’re exposed to sunlight). I highly recommend Robo Recall, Vader Immortal and Sports Scramble to get started.

I was sceptical about this before I bought it, but wow! Totally takes you to a new world. Even better if you have a VR ready PC with the Oculus Link. Some say after about 30-40 min it starts to hurt your face. This is because of the weight that is all in the front. This can be fixed by buying an external battery that staps on the back to evenly distribute the weight. I recommend the one from Rebuff Reality. Also helps to get a silcone cover and a padded head strap. Even with this issue it is definitely worth getting.

A perfect option for VR and I will say more, better than have to be hooked up to a computer. You can take the Quest anywhere!

Very easy to get up and running quickly. The tracking is far better than any VR system I have used in the past. Easy navigation, and easy setup

My son loves his Oculus Quest, an all-in-one VR headset with loads of available games and game previews for download. Immersive and entertaining.

I hot these for my son for Christmas and the whole family has been using them. The games that are available are well designed and very interactive. Beatsaber looks to be one of the beat ones available and requires you to get up and move. Something lacking in most console games. The hand tracking is dead on. It's a blast. My only complaint is that if the battery has to be replaced, only Oculus can do it. I was hoping it was consumer replaceable so I could have a spare for when we play it so much that the battery dies. Get one, you'll love it.

Bought this after weeks of reading reviews and waiting for it to be available and I'm glad I bought it. My wife who generally cannot stand video games absolutely loves this thing (Beat Sabre FTW) Also bought a computer at the same time which turned out to be a dud so i returned it and ordered another...also a dud. not sure if I have bad luck or thats just the prebuild computer market right now. Third times the charm maybe? Glad this thing runs without a PC! No Half life Alyx for now but plenty to do until I can get a working PC!

Great vr experience as the quest is self powered. Graphics are a little dull compared to what the rift s can offer but still great overall

If you're on the fence about it, pull the trigger! Great immersion, tracking, and fun! You'll forget you're not really in the game!

The Oculus has been great! All the gaming VR a beginner could want. Best buy was the best for shipping at the time because all other places were out of stock and would take months while I received this in only a couple days! it has turned out to be a lot more social than I thought it would be with everyone using it and having a great time and I highly recommend it to anyone using VR for their first time because it’s portable and gives you a similar experience to even the rift and the vive. I have had no issues so far and the experience has been great!

This is surprisingly well designed portable VR tool useful for both entertainment and productivity apps. Operation has been reliable and flawless, for now. Pros: Acceptable video resolution. Great portability. Instant boot and VR immersion. Good (better than expected) battery life - due to good sleep/wake management. Cons: 72 Hz vertical refresh is sometimes tiring on eyes. Memory card slot would be a plus for fast app/file transfer.
