Oculus Quest takes VR over the top.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This being my 1st real VR headset allows me to truly enjoy the experience since I don have anything cpare it to. I’m enjoying the games, especially Beat Saber. I’d like to use it everyday but I’ve got to get back to my real life. Really great headset!

Best investment!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this for over a year now and still get excited as new games come out. Being that we spent an incredible amount of time in our homes nowadays, this has gotten more used than I could have ever envisioned a year though. Since we can’t do much traveling, the ‘vacation simulator’ was a must-have.

VR that docent require a PC or anything else
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Waited for this product and let me tell you its AMAZING I'm able to play with my friends. Its good for people that don't have enough space to play regular games If you have a PC you can play vr games that require more power and you don't a powerful pc to do so due to the quest being able to assist in the load

Best headset around (until the new one came out)
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not having cords is game changing. So easy to use and setup. Stay away if you don't want to sign up via Facebook which wasn't a prerequisite when I purchased. Games are expensive and short. Battery life on headset is ok. On controllers the batteries die quick. Headset resolution is a lot better than PSVR with no screen door effect. Linking with PC works well and adds the ability to play Steam games.

Best intro into VR
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you dont have a game rig and wanna get into vr definitely pick up a quest, ive played the vive and this is just as good and now with the release of the oculus link you can play rift titles and soon enough hand tracking. Only downside is battery life. Youll get into it real deep and then youll be on a low battery.

Great standalone
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great system. I have used PC-powered VR in the past and this is almost as good when it comes to quality of graphics. It’s a little heavy but not too bad. If you are can’t decide between PC and standalone, know that lack of cables in this system makes it a much more pleasant when playing.

So much fun!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My kids are having a blast with this. They have it set up so the game appears on our tv so we can all watch what is going on. They have been playing games with other people online and by themselves. It’s so easy to get new games and they kids have enjoyed all the one’s that they have purchased.

What a Trip
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being that this is my first experience with VR it blew me away. How does this device actually put you in another world and another body. To be able to move around in the space you have gives you the feeling you are really in the game. It's the coolest game I've ever had. And this tech will just get better over time. Buy this!

Great for Artist using Tilt Brush
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wonderful product to experience and design in VR. Google Tilt Brush is fully functional. Not quite as powerful as Tilt Brush on a Rift but not enough difference to notice, especially if you haven't experienced before. The passthrough vision is interesting and unique. Definitely worth the price for the performance it provides.

Great VR
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love VR, I play it in my garage for more open space to feel more immersed in whatever game I'm playing. You actually feel like you are there, specially when you are climbing ladders or going on an elevator. I totally recommend this product.

No Strings!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love how you can just move around without having to have to be concerned about where you are in relation to your furniture. It sets a box around you that shows your limitations, perfect! Great VR experience, now if I could only get my dad who's 68 to stop using it so I can have a try. Might have to buy a second one.

Excellent for VR portability
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want VR portability or you don't already own a gaming PC, get the Quest! The display is better than the original Rift, but not as crisp as the new Rift S. The 2-3 hour battery life and the 2 hour recharge is this device's only downfall. Having no cables or computer necessary makes up for the mobile class graphics.

Impressive
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son has been wanting another BR headset for a while. After the newest updates announced, he decided on the Quest. We were pleasantly surprised with the build quality and just how well it works. Once the newer updates come out towards the end of the year, this is 100% the headset to get it you’re interested in VR.

Entry level VR headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is great for those who do not want to spend a fortune on a VR capable PC. Great looking graphics, yet lacks detail as expected. Pros: minimized screen door effect, easy to travel with, affordable VR experience. Cons: limited game selection, a little uncomfortable to wear, and decreased graphic detail and refresh rate.

So much fun!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The original price for this was reasonable. While I have never played one that hooks up to your computer, I think the view is stunning! I bring mine to work with me and play Beat Saber at lunch. Quality is good. It occasionally can't connect to one of the controllers but a restart fixes that.

Enjoying this VR!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far this VR has been a great purchase! This was purchased as a birthday present for my 15 year old! He has enjoyed the fact it can be taken on the go and played practically anywhere there is WiFi! Would love for there to be more options for the face pads. There are only a couple options to purchase different ones.

So.Much.Fun.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a total impulse buy and I love it. I'm not a gamer and have no idea what I'm doing half the time but it is so much fun I don't care. When it's yucky and grey outside, I pop on my headset and all of a sudden I'm chilling on a 3D beach with kangaroos. I really like the exercise games too!

First Time VR
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great motion tracking functionality. I’ve watched a couple of Netflix movies on lying in bed which is cool. It’s like having a 120” screen in front of you. You can adjust the size too. The Netflix virtual living room is pretty cool. Lights dim when you start watching and then lights up when you pause movie. Battery life is pretty good but I’ve seen some easy mods where people have added a power bar to it. The power cable is long enough though so you can keep it plugged in for a lot of your viewing. Plus it doesn’t get as hot when not using battery power. The build of the goggle and controllers are good and feel durable. Not too many games are available just yet to my liking but lots of potential and they seem to be adding more and more weekly. Overall very happy and have taken it to family get togetherness where everyone has a blast trying it out.

Perfect Gift
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this for my son and it’s perfect. He’s able to play games. Only problem that I’ve had is that you don’t have a dedicated payment system so everything has to be by Visa cards. It’s not bad if it wasn’t for a ten year old lol. Overall it works good, battery life isn’t too bad either.
