Definitely bought then when it first launched and it is amazing, graphics are not top teir that is for sure, BUT if you dont care about that and prefer gameplay and ease of use? Perfect, no computer required at all. Just a bit pricey, which makes sense with the technology.

Going without wires is 100% better. Love it. And it want to connected to your gaming PC and run Rift games you have the choice too. Best of both worlds. The quality is great and the OLED screen is much better than the LCD in the Rift S (has better dark black).

I love the Oculus quest the games that's it has are great like Beat Saber & Creed. You can get a great workout while having with this standalone headset the handtrackjng feature is also a major plus & it can also connect to your bank g PC for an even better experience.

So wireless VR is pretty awesome. It may not be as powerful as the Rift CV1 or the Rift-S, but, make no mistake it definitely surprised me how well it performs. It is a good device if you're looking to work out in VR.

If only this had come out 2 years ago, we VR fans would have gone through a lot less angst. Would have been 5 stars if they had achieved human quality vision, so yes, the pixels are still visible, but vastly improved from Samsung Gear VR quality or any other phone based VR that you've seen. Very comfortable. I've heard some people say that they feel it's a bit front heavy after wearing for awhile, but I haven't had that experience. What truly makes this special is that the there is no real boot up. You put on the headset and it starts. No cables to trip on. No console to start up and then have to push another button to connect your headset. Just grab and off you go. The ability to have six degrees of freedom (walk in all directions) is game changing. Now i just need a bigger house so i don't have to continually re-orient (which is a pet peeve, but not Oculus fault). The Guardian works mostly well. It is easy to set up (to show you a virtual grid where your furniture and walls are) and setting the floor level is so ridiculously easy and accurate. Guardian will mostly remember the room structure, but there have been a couple of times where i had to reconstruct. Not a real pain. Software selection at first was somewhat limited with Beat Saber and Vader Immortal being the two must haves. Also, enjoyed watching YouTube VR videos. Honestly, for the price, everyone should buy this. No buyer's remorse whatsoever. None. Get this!

We love the wireless feature. Asians has less of a nose bridge therefore it sits completely on my cheeks. After a game my face would have red marks across my face. But besides that the VR experience is awesome. Great for beginners and everyone in the family can use it.

It’s a good headset but is great once the full potential is unlocked by using the desktop viewer app to stream from your PC wirelessly. If the unit was locked to it’s own store exclusively, I would probably give 3 stars just because you can play beat saber anywhere.

I upgraded from the oculus rift. This is a good value headset because it can be tethered free of you can connect to pc to be like the rift. The only gripe I have is that the headset is front heavy. I made more tolerable buy buy a counter weight battery for the back.

This is the future of VR headsets. It provides a great experience without the need for an expensive computer. But if you have the expensive computer capable of running the highest quality of games, then this VR headset is capable of doing that as well with Oculus Link.

Once you put this on, you can’t unsee it and it’s impossible to describe in a review. I never thought I’d be a VR guy and oh god was I wrong. Easily the best $400 I’ve spent in the last 10 years, it’s a no brainer.

Last VR I used was the put the phone in the headset thing. I played for 4 hours after I got home, 2, 2hrs sessions. This is pretty awesome, I had a great time but I spent 75 bucks on games the first day, and the downside is that I want to get more, better headsets. VR baby

Easy to use and lots of fun. Recommended to several friends that also bought this product. Can easily interact with friends and family that has this system which can be used for competition. Last about 2 hrs between charges but can use a power pack for additional time.

The whole family love it. We can play wire free in the living room and I can hook it to my computer via link cable and get better graphics and the games for the rift s. Wish all the games were cross but but I'll take what I can get. We are enjoying all that vr has to offer.

I love VR. I already have the oculus rift, but wanted something i could be more mobile with. This has all but taken over since it's so easy to use. Only the really big games that need the extra horsepower of the computer are what i use the Rift for now.

If you've never tried a VR gaming headset, you need to try once. This was the first VR I've owned. Bought for the family... fun... fun.. fun. So many games to try.... mystery... sci-fi (Star Wars)... dancing... scary zombies... hundreds to choose from.

I got this for my husband. According to him, you are entering an amazing world of virtual reality. He said it was very easy to set up. He was so excited that within 10 minutes after charging it, he was already playing. I wish he would be that excited to wash the dishes.

I always wanted VR (ever since Lawnmower Man), but the cost of entry was too much. I don't have a desire to build an expensive VR computer and I didn't like the idea of being tethered to my computer as well. I was hopeful for a console version (Microsoft), but that never came. I experimented with phone based versions (Gear VR/Daydream) and the experience was ok, but was nothing special. Then I purchased an Oculus Quest. Even though it essential runs on the same processor as my phone, the addition of 6DOF and hand tracking makes all the difference in the world. The first time you see and interact with your virtual hands you will be amazed. The fact that this is standalone and I can take it anywhere, and it takes seconds to start playing is amazing. I'm enjoying the freedom and all the games. This is truly the first breakthrough into mainstream for VR and I hope it leads to new versions and more exciting games.

I researched VR for over a year and decided upon Oculus Quest because of its portability. I am so very pleased with it! The realness makes each game experience phenomenal! I'm so thrilled I made this purchase. Now, several of my friends and family have purchased one!

9 year old swears this is the best system ever. He loves playing job simulator. I tried it myself and think it’s pretty cool. Manaus suggest taking breaks after 15 mins. We have to set timers because we lose track of time while playing. Overall, great buy.
