If you don't own a pc or PlayStation 4, the oculus quest is perfect for experiencing the amazing world of VR, and even if you do own one or both of aforementioned systems, the fact that the quest is wireless makes it a great purchase, i highly recommend the quest

Freedom from wires, solid controllers and a comfortable headset make the Occulus Quest a joy to use. There are some glitches with the software , like the power button that doesn’t always turn on, and games that crash. The Quest display is bright and clear, but power wise the unit is weak. Graphics are a mixed bag, with games like AZ sunshine looking like they came from the Dreamcast. I am excited for what the future holds for VR.

This makes a great first/portable VR headset. It’s wireless and easy to share. I had realistic expectations because there’s only so much possible with a mobile chipset. It’s limitation shows in lack of graphic detail, however when playing anything remotely fast you don’t notice it. The OLED display is great, performance and response times are better than expected. It’s also good to see updates on software and new content since the Quest’s release.

I love this headset! The portability, the graphical fidelity (for a $400 hundred dollar headset), the ability to easily share it with friends. I highly recommend the quest whether you are looking into getting into VR gaming or a seasoned VR user.

After having been unimpressed with phone vr setups, I picked this up based in CNET's reviews, still thinking it's something I'll probably return. This is entirely different. This feels like I imagine the holodeck would on the enterprise. Amazing.

Very, very cool gaming device. A friend compares it favorably to tethered VR rigs. It's really amazing to be immersed within a game. Even the free stuff, like ISS Station is a blast. Just be warned that time passes very quickly when you're playing it.

Bought this for my 14 year old son. He said it was an easy set up and easy to use. Lots of games to purchase and if you don’t like them you can return within their timeframe for a refund, which he has done successfully once. We bought the 64GB.

Bought this for gaming but now I also watch movies as if I'm in a big theater. Very realistic. Detail is amazing. Have yet to walk the plank (buy it, you'll understand). Last it's great for working out. I use BoxVR. Totally worth it!

I think this gives you a good mix you can use it wireless on certain title which is nice. However, the real fun is running it in link with a PC there is a small delay that isn't to bad but there is a huge library of games to play.

Wonderful for gaming, but I mostly tour museums, watch baseball, and do walking tours. It has been an amazing experience, especially in the last two years when I can't travel.

It would be hard to take up all 64gb. You'd need a few dozen games and really after you play a lot you only find a handful of games to play all the time anyway. Unless you plan to live in your headset 64gbs is more than fine.

I always thought VR was just a gimmick. I am just blown away at how I get lost in the headset. It’s a whole new world. Some games even provide a great workout. I love that I can play wireless or hook it to the pc for Steam VR.

I bought this headset when I heard you could link it to your pc via usb 3.0,making it a full fledged vr headset. After spending a few weeks on it, I can honestly say its definitely worth it. If your on the fence I'll decide for you..BUY IT!!!

I bought this for my 12 yo son who enjoys it. My wife actually uses it the most. I was impressed with the technology although we haven't tried out many games yet. Games runs smooth, controls are responsive and setting borders are easy and accurate. About a 4 weeks since Christmas and all fine. Need to get recs for games.

I have had an Oculus Quest for over a year now and love it! Wireless VR is the best, and with a usb-c cable you can have PC gaming too. I bought this one for my grandson. Video gaming that gets him up out of the chair is great.

The whole family loves the Oculus Quest. It is amazing that you can establish virtual borders so that the system would let you know that you are moving out of bounds. so you do not hit anything. The charger has a long cord to allow you to continue playing when the battery is low. Only downside with this is that the cors gets a little in the way. Definitely recommend getting the system. We have 6 games and still have plenty of space for at least another 6 games to store. I don't expect to fill up the storage. But you pan to get a lot of games and keeping them on the Oculus, you should spend the extra $100 for the extra storage version. We cast the Oculus onto our TV using a Google Chromecast, you can also streaming to a phone if preferred for someone to watch the action.

Great VR system for beginners and experts!

The quest is a great VR system mostly because of its capability to operate as standalone VR system, not requiring any high end PC. Games and apps are easy to install to use, tracking is decent but not perfect. For those who are more tech savvy, there is a ton of 3rd party modding you can do which will take the Quest experience to the next level. I recommend to invest in some face padding as extended game session can make the Quest drenched in sweat, which gets kinda gross. Recent news from Oculus also mention Quest will be able to be plugged in to your gaming PC for more features and contents, which makes the Quest even better compared to the Rift S. For the price, the Quest is the most bang for your buck to get into the VR world compared to other VR systems that are more expensive and require PCs with high end graphics.

The Oculus Quest is made to be able to be taken anywhere with no PC. If you are looking into buying a VR headset to play video games or even watch Netflix, this is a great choice. There are a lot of free games and applications too!

I loved this VR headset. its great! just not for me as I like to modify my beat saber and I have my own avatars. So great for people wanting the basic experience of VR with out having to have any of the bells and whistles.
