If you're on the fence about this purchase it is understandable. I mean, it's a touch pricey and it's new tech which is always a gamble. This is definitely worth the price of admission. Just buy it. Quality is great and the games are impressive. Just go ahead and make the purchase....totally worth it.

This headset is absolutely amazing! It works great out of the box and this is coming from a guy who owns a Vive and PSVR. With no wires all in one headset it literally takes a few minutes to setup and your ready to go. I would recommend this thing to anybody wanting to get into or experienced VR people.

Bought a Quest for my son for Christmas and read so many glowing reviews that I decided to buy my own without even trying it out first. I’ve never been big into gaming but this really appealed to me as a way to relax and unwind or just have some fun. I love rhythm and dancing games and am thoroughly enjoying it for that but have also found myself using it to explore my old childhood neighborhood via an app and am now engrossed in a puzzle adventure game. Got a fishing game for my husband and he is loving it too now. With the huge number in sales over the holidays and beyond, I expect to see even more games and apps and cool new features down the road. This device really does offer something for everyone in the family! Definitely recommend it but do use caution if you are prone to motion sickness or seizures by selecting games and apps appropriate to your comfort level and limits. I am easing my way in to develop my VR legs and am looking forward to getting lots of use out this fantastic technology.

I've played with a few VR headsets, but everything pales in comparison when you jump into a wire-free experience. The graphics are still amazing, and there's nothing that I have yet experienced that makes me wish that I had one of the wired units. Join the club. It's time.

I use this more than my PSVR because of the controllers. Great headset! The portability can't be beat. This is how I got my wife into VR games. She didn't care to come downstairs to play the PSVR. But when I bring up the Quest, she is ready to paly.

So easy to turn on and immerse yourself into the VR world without cables needed. There are many options with games or exploring VR from other Apps. I love watching Netflix and Amazon Prime movies inside a movie theater. Experiencing Christmas in New York, Chicago, and LA was awesome too.

This may not have the visual fidelity off a full blown PC, but the freedom to play wherever I want and set a play space to the size of my yard bring VR to a whole new level. Headset is easy to use. Setup is straightfoward. Gaming on this is out of this world, literally.

Got the Oculus Quest as something to do some casual and light gaming to mix things up from my usual Xbox gaming. Only have good things to say so far! I only have a handful of games such as Beat Saber and Pistol Whip which are also a great exercise. Those two have kept my interest and I feel like I've gotten my monies worth. Have yet to get into Vader Immortal and Arizona Sunshine. Also picked up Half Life Alyx which works if you have a gaming PC that can play it. Battery life lasts about 2 hours and takes about that long to charge from low battery to full. It did take a little getting used to for the headset to feel right on your head, but I could mostly play pretty comfortable for a few hours no problem. Some games do cause a bit more motion sickness, but overall it hasn't been an issue. Highly recommended if you want to try something different! You can even watch youtube and netflix on it if you want.

The wireless quest works well, HOWEVER, you will need a better WiFi connnection of at least 200 or better. The significant con is that the battery only lasts for 2.5 hours.

I am 29 and this is my first entry into VR. This product is fantastic! Everything on it just works and works well. What I especially enjoy is the ability to cast whatever the user is seeing to a mobile device or TV. This takes the rather solitary VR experience and opens it up to family friends and others in the room. When I was playing Bogo my family members were shouting out things like “ I think he is hungry! No I think he wants to play fetch!” I believe this product is starting to break down the proverbial barriers for VR and I am excited to be a part of it.

This is one of the coolest gaming experiences out there and the graphics aren’t bad either. It gets you a little motion sick, but it shouldn’t prevent you from checking it out. The Star Wars series was done perfectly on the Oculus and it takes you literally to another planet.

VR is such an amazing experience. I really like the portability of the oculus quest. I like that I can bring it everywhere and show it off to my friends. The graphics are not as great as the HTC Vive, but that is to be expected from a portable system

My son did his research and saved up to buy this. I tried it on and was shocked at how realistic it felt. The roller coaster ride is cartoonish but really felt like you were on the coaster. I was standing up doing it and my son had to catch me from leaning too much on the ride.

Great graphics and video quality with a variety of games and a fast growing library of new games and content, and the 64 gb is more than enough for my large library of over 10 games and 10 other vr content apps. The area tracking works great and allows you to set up a play area in any room no matter the layout or you can just sit and play like a normal game but in vr. Also it comes with a fiber optic cord that not only charges the headset but allows you to connect with a gaming computer and access the rift library and other vr software and the cord is long enough to still stand and play comfortably. Finally the price for this headset is one of the cheapest but is the only headset that provides a stand alone experience but can still offer the graphics and quality as the expensive hive and with the cord, it gives the same experience as the rift S.

It's works like it suppose to. It should be a little cheaper than the S Rift since you can barely play your VR games from Steam and have to use the Oculus app to play and download games. It fits well for almost any size head, can feel heavy after a long period of use, so work those neck muscle. I like the fact I can just watch YouTube anywhere in my home without needing to sit in one spot. The controls are easy grip but make sure your hands are dry or you might slip off the battery case which is located near the bottom part of your thumbs. All in all it's doing exactly what I wanted out of a stand alone VR. But if you are wanting more out of it, if you have a good running Desktop and graphic card get the S Rift so you can have more option VR gaming wise.

Considering the fun my friends and I have had since buying this, I can say it's worth every penny. Oculus has a homerun here! Games are varied, affordable, and fun. Portability and wireless huge plus! Graphic and design well worth price point. Extremely happy Quest owner in me!

My brother has the HTC Vive which is great. But this one is definitely a competitor. No gaming computer, no wires or sensors setup. Just the headset and two controllers! So simple and so fun. If you want an incredible VR experience on a budget, the Oculus Quest is for you.

I love being able to use this anywhere without having to connect a bunch of wires. Can also use it with a computer to play more games if you have the right cable. Totally worth if even the space is sufficient enough if you’re not storing movies or videos on here.

If you are looking to get into VR gaming without the need of any additional hardware this is it. This is what you want, end of story. If you have a Playstation 4 and want to get into VR it would be difficult for me to recommend a PSVR over this device unless you absolutely want to enjoy the PSVR exclusives. If you have a VR capable PC and want to get into VR it would be difficult for me to recommend a tethered VR headset over this device unless you must have the cutting edge presentation found in Rift or Vive titles. If the advancements in streaming PC content to the Quest continue to improve I would without a doubt suggest this over those other, tethered headsets. I cannot overstate what a game changer this is. It’s more than being untethered. It’s the pick up and play nature of it. The ability to grab it and take it to a friend or family member to introduce them to VR. This is the Nintendo Switch of VR and it’s a ridiculous $400.
