great wireless VR product
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this to get into VR. I love that it's wireless and the sensitivity is pretty good. The controller batteries do wear out pretty quickly so I'd recommend buying rechargeable ones. The software is also updated frequently to add new features.

Great VR Experience. Battery Life So-So
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best option if you’re getting into VR. You can play anywhere with no cables attached. If you would like to connect it up to your gaming rig, you can via the Link cable which is out of stock everywhere. Graphics are great, sound is good also. The battery life isn’t really that great though. I will be looking at getting a power bank to use for this because between 2 people using during a good afternoon, it won’t last.

game changer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Quest is the biggest jump in game tech available to the public in years. Although VR has been around for awhile, this untethered relatively affordable Headset is a huge leap forward. The Quest is easy to use, has very good graphics, and tracks movement better than I ever expected. The game play is smooth, although a glitch here and there is expected. Robo Recall and Space Pirate Trainer are two great games to get started. It's not just games though, there are thousands of immersive experiences available for free. The battery last 2 hours, but it's easy to attach a small power unit to charge while using, thus extending play indefinitely. This is the start of a new era, the potential is still being discovered.

Jump into VR
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very comfortable even for my big head. Good variety of games and experiences. Tracking and room recognition is really good. Graphics are also good, would like higher resolution but for a unit not hooked to a computer it’s very impressive.

Nothing but awesome
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I last had the Oculus Go, which was nice but was a bit lacking full immersiveness, if that is a word. Picked up the Quest and it was jaw dropping cool. Came with Vader Immortal at the time, and to be able to walk around as if you were on the ship was sooo cool. The picture was significantly better than the Go, less screen door effect. You almost don't even notice it for most things anymore. You can also link it with your phone for example so other people can watch what you are experiencing. I am very sensitive to motion sickness, and I can only use this for maybe an hour at at time. Some VR apps are easier on me than others. Overall a fantastic tether free experience. But keep in mind my only other VR experience is with the Cardboard, then on to Samsung VR with my S7, then the Go and now the Quest.

better than expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.most games tend to be small in size so in theory most games out for the quest should fit in the 64GB. performance wise, its super responsive and incredible how far in technology we are, and now you can actually purchase it and use it recreationally, this is basically a console but being in it. its super easy to navigate, great overall, only downside is that it can cause motion sickness fairly easily so it does limit my gaming time, which is a blessing in disguise because if I didn't, I would probably be using this all day. either way, I'd recommend 10/10 would blow you away. im pretty sure the other version does include more games but I don't have a PC build but on the contrary its stand alone and I can take it anywhere. don't miss out, its actually pretty cheap for what you're getting.

Awesome VR
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this VR headset. I don't play many games, honestly I somewhat regret buying my Nintendo switch since I haven't used it in months. But I can see myself using this St least a few times a week for the foreseeable future. Untethered VR experience is great. I can move around if I chose, or I can stay in one place. I can watch a movie on an 80 inch screen or I can get up and play a shooter. Battery life is fairly good, a few hours on a charge. You'll likely not want to play straight for more then that so it's good enough. The screen has some blue for me in the lower outside on the left eye, but less then the Oculus Go I returned. The one problem I have is the tracking for the controllers sometimes fails. I will be playing Beat Saber and during times I'm not swiping I tend to let my hands ready at my sides. This can cause the cameras to lose tracking and my saber will not match where my controller is for 1-2 seconds. Might not see long but in game it can mean missing two or three swipes.

Excellent!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son LOVES this thing! He plays is waaaaay too much! The games are pricey but I assume that is the same as all video games. The unit was pricey, but the thing is nutz really! You feel like your climbing or on a cliff! Amazing quality. It makes my son pretty happy and he is up on his feet climbing fake mountains or fighting fake monsters or people. He gets sweaty using it! Better than sitting on your butt all dang day playing Xbox.

Perfect Balance of Portability and Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As someone who owns a Vive Pro and has various WinRM headsets and tried Oculus Go, I’d have to say this strikes the perfect balance of quality, ease of use, and portability. Its quickly becoming my headset of choice as It’s very immersive and tracking is quite good. It’s not going to give you graphics quality compared to PC experienced but they do an amazing job making it hard to notice the downgrades. My only complaint is it takes quite a bit of patience to get it really comfortable. If you slap it on and go out of the box, it’s gonna be uncomfortable. Take the time to adjust it.

This is awesome
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really cool VR headset. It’s very easy to set up. Only wish is the battery lasting longer. And not having to be plugged in or attaching your phone is super convenient.

best VR to date!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is a must have for anyone who loves good VR and the ability to pack it up and take it with you anywhere to share with others. Be prepared to spend money on games and accessories to increase the comfort ability of the headset itself.

VR on the go, hard to imagine!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using Oculus products since the first DK1 model was released. Gone are the days of clunky devices with cords and sensors. Instead of being stuck beside the computer, the whole house becomes the playground. Not to say that it cannot be used with a powerful PC and the correct hardware link cable or software as it does that role also. Graphics are somewhat rough and the device is definitely front heavy. I needed to customize it with a Vive deluxe audio strap to make it more comfortable. Once I did that it became my workout machine with a variety of fitness programs. And doing VR games for fun is a blast. Almost everyone I let try it was impressed, with many people running out and getting their own.,

Amazing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I grew up with Nintendo and to this day play ps4 but, nothing holds a candle to this. This would easily be the number 1 “console” if more people had the chance to experience it. The graphics are decent, They’re barely lacking that next great leap between what it can do and the fiction you see on tv. I bought one for each of my kids and when they’re not playing them, my wife and I jump at the chance to. Charge time is 2 hours giving you roughly 3 hours of play depending on the game. The headset weight is bearable and comfortable for extended use. The only downside is the amount of games available. The quest is relatively new so I’m hoping the future is full of updates and more games. If you’re into gaming or just want something indoors for the family to do, the expense is well worth it.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the most incredible tech toy I've come across EVER. We are a family of gadgets and gizmos and through the years have learned the importance of research before making a purchase, especially when it comes to these types of products. And research I did. I looked into all of the different options when it comes to VR And quickly focused my efforts on the Oculus. The quest is by far the most versatile, when comparing it to sibling models. State of the art VR hands down the best on the market. As a mom who loves technology I've never been too thrilled about "gaming" however I am suddenly obsessed. My only wish is that I had purchased two instead of one. And since I did not, I am now sitting on a wait list, while begging my children to give me a turn.

just as expected, for fun and experiance
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great vr, only complaint, the headset little heavy, and needs to be readjusted now and then, besides that, the graphics are great, and a lot preloaded, so it can be enjoyed right after set-up, and set-up was quick and easy.

Best Christmas gift ever!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.VR (virtual reality) is here to stay. Bought this for my daughter's family of seven and they said it is easily the best gift they have ever received. They kept it so busy that in the week they were here I never had a chance to even put on the headset, so I can't give a first hand review, but they are thrilled so it was a wise choice. It's probably more fun for me just watching them play. Why did I knock off one star? Honestly, I hate to rate this lower than 5 stars because it has nothing to do with the game experience, but there is no ability to set up different user profiles. So if you have a mature game, that game is available to a 6 year old as well. And if your game is interrupted, then the next user to play that game has to resume from where you left off, or they have to start anew and the interrupted game is lost. Surely this could be fixed with a software update, but Oculus is silent on the issue. Hopefully they will address this deficiency in an upcoming software update, but for now I can only presume that it would somehow be contrary to their profit margins to do so. Otherwise, judging by the grandkids' feedback, it is an awesome game set. My son-in-law said he will have to get a second one for himself. P.S. They somehow convinced their grammy to "ride the rollercoaster" on her first vr experience. It was a scream (pun intended), but she was everyone's hero when the ride was over.
