Customers consistently note that the Swivel Sweeper G2 Cordless Vacuum struggles with hair removal. Specifically, longer hair tends to wrap around the brushes, requiring extra time for cleaning. This issue is a recurring complaint among users. Improved hair removal would significantly enhance the user experience.

First bought one for a grandfather in assisted living where the cleaning is done but not often enough if you are feeding the birds outside the sliding doors. Now sent one to a daughter with two pre-schoolers and she said in a whisper, "it's almost fun." Now will order a third for my other daughter. I especially like the little tool for getting the threads away for the ends of the rotating part (I'm a quilter).

Don't Expect Miracles

Look, it's not amazing like you see in commercials, but it gets the job done for the most part. I solely use this product on my hardwood floors and it picks up almost everything except for the really fine stuff. I have noticed, just after a couple uses, that it definitely picks up longer hair and wraps itself around the brushes, but what rotating vacuum doesn't? Could it be better? Absolutely! But does it do what I need it to do? You bet. Like I said in the headline, don't expect miracles and you won't be completely let down...just moderately :)

DO NOT BUY G2! ROLLERS ROTATE THE WRONG WAY!

Answered the TV add to buy one get one free. Received 2 of them. Gave 1 to my sister-in-law. Her's works great. Mine will not pick up debris very well and never has since day 1. I end up chasing the debris all around the room. Chalked it up to marginal performing sweeper like all the competitors. Went to my sister-in-law's to look at her G2 sweeper. After comparing the 2 G2 sweepers side by side, I discovered that all 4 brush rollers on mine rotate the wrong way, therefore, just kicks that debris around the room. My sister-in-law's rotates the correct way and works great. Called customer support to get the issue resolved with mine and was turned away since I was a couple of months outside the warranty period. I tried to explain that the issue has been this way since day 1 and I just made the discovery. It's not like it was working then broke. No compassion or initiative to "do the right thing". So beware. If you buy one of these, you are rolling the dice that you might get one that was assembled backwards and is therefore useless. Hope the maker of G2 enjoy my hard earned money.
This is the reason that the G2 gets mixe reviews. 1 out of 2 assembled are assebled backwards. 1 out of 2 reviews are bad because other FORMER G2 customers got a defective one like I did and does not know it. I was able to confirm my suspicion as stated above but the makers of G2 could care less.

This product tends to mixed reviews. It works fine for me on carpet and tile floors. One big complaint is hair especially long hair it gets caught on the brushes and take time to clear our. If it weren't for that the product would very good. Of course it's not made to replace the vacuum but it's a good in-between a broom and vacuum.

This is the biggest waste of money ever, it won't pick up normal household dirt and crumbs. I put some crackers down on a smooth floor and it just blew them all over the place, same on a rug. I guess if i used nuts and bolts like they did on TV it may have worked.
