[Employee of bestbuy] This product has been amazing for helping me feed my 3 cats while i am away for extended times. Also the camera is great so i can keep an eye on the cats. The only reason i give this 4 stars and not 5 is because maybe like once a week the food will pour out but clogg the spout preventing the rest of the food from pouring out. For reference i use Blue Buffalo wilderness cat food which are very tiny so idk why this keeps happening. But the cats can usually remove the clogg themselves by smacking a few pellets from the pour spout

This pet feeder has made scheduled feeding time for my cats so much easier. I drive for work and my roommate travels, so we don’t always have someone home to feed the cats. Being able to set how much food is dispensed and when dispensing happens has been a breath of fresh air and has solved so many concerns. I’m now able to sleep in when I have a headache and not have to worry about the big one getting upset that food hour has passed with no food, and I’m able to trick her into eating less to stay regular with her diet by adjusting how much food is dispensed. Different sized kibble requires some adjustment, but ive had no jamming issues and being able to show people the cats through the camera while at work is a great conversation piece.

Best thing ever for my cats! They love it, easy to maintain, camera is convenient for monitoring them, it’s great

I travels a lot and use to be very stressed about leaving my cats alone, but this smart feeder has been a lifesaver. It holds a lot of food, 5 liters actually, which is perfect for my two hungry felines. Setting it up was no sweat, and getting the hang of the app was just as easy. I love being able to check the feed times on my phone and adjust things if needed. But the best part? The camera. It's so reassuring to see my cats chowing down on their kibble in real-time when I'm miles away. There's no fuss about making sure they're eating right either because this thing keeps their routine on track. Ever since I got this feeder, I've been able to take off for my trips without stressing over my furbabies. They're fed, they're happy, and I can always peek in to see their little faces. Definitely happy with the feeder.

The two tray system isn’t very accurate but it does what I need. Also, the app isn’t very user friendly unless you are willing to pay a subscription. Other than that, the feeder has been working well along with the other one tray feeder from them.

Had this for about 3 weeks now, so far i havent had any issues with it jamming even with larger size kibble for my 2 cats, the alluminum bowls make it easy to clean and sanitary enough for me to feel okay about. I can set the max amount of food given and also make sure that my cats arent over eating or getting stingy with their food trying to eat it all before the other can get to it. That is really the only downside i can think of is if you have an issue with your animals out eating the other it would be an issue.

Easy way to monitor and feed them while away. Picture is very clear. Easy to setup. Saves my back too having to put out dry food every day.

This is a must have if you have pets at home as it allows you to see their cute little faces when they are eatimg. That and it helps you comtrol their portions while keepimg their food fresh. So far i have no complaints but ask me again in six months

Was great while we were not home. Tends to clog from time to time.

The basics of using the camera and feeding / scheduling aren't locked, but there are some other features.

me and my kitties love this feeder. I love that I can program my voice and watch the cats run to the feeder.Nice;y designed to suit any room

It’s awesome, controlling it while I’m at work? Whaaaaa? My pets don’t have to wait for dinner if I have to stay late at work! Amazing

I have to get this new feeder because I recently adopted a new cats. This is a perfect cat feeder for a multipet family because they will not steal food from each other. Also, the stanless Steel bowl make it really easy to clean. I really enjoy spying at my cats while they are eating. it is the cutest thing in the world!

If your looking for a pet freeder for more then 1 per this is the one to get, easy to set up and use, camera works really good

The feeder was very easy to set up. Works as intended

This is great for my cats. Their feedings are scheduled and I can observe them when I'm out. Makes it easy to get away for the weekend.

Not quite what I expected, it works for sure. However it could be fault of the current food kibble size, but it’s awful at dispensing the right amount of food. But it is reliable, with battery storage for when WiFi/power is out.

Great for two cat family! Most pet feeders only has one bowl which is not convenient because they will get the food all over the place. With the dual bowl, they can eat without pushing each other. I can also see if they finish the food and add more to it. I'll recommend the designer to change the design of the bowls because the crumbs will go into the bowl holder which is not very easy for cleaning. Other than that, everything works well!

Works like a charm. The camera monitoring is great to watch the cats feed when I'm away. Very easy to refill and operate.

This is perfect if you are needing to feed two cats at once. I purchased this as a way to feed my cats over the weekend while away. It allowed me to actually see them eating & even dispensing more food when I felt they needed it. You can talk to your cats but when I tried this feature it actually scared them as I sounded like a robot! Overall I love this feeder.
