While the quality of the product seems good overall, I found it impossible to connect to my WiFi through the app. It requires a 2.4 GHz connection and I own an Eero WiFi router that uses 5 GHz signal. Even when turning off the 5 GHz and leaving only the 2.4 on, I could never get it to connect. As such, I ended up returning the product. I’m giving it three stars because the features themselves seem great, but are outdated and overly complex in others.

Love this and recommend everyone. I do feed wet food both morning and evening but for the sake of vitamins I feed dry afternoon and won’t have to remember. If you feed only dry it’s well worth if it works long so far no issues no cons and no complaints

The images are in high definition the speakers are loud enough to get their attention from across the room and the auto feeding is not noisy at all and I like the fact that you can set it per ounce 

I love the functions of this cat feeder. The camera makes it a lot more easier for me to see my cat when I’m away. It has a pretty large capacity which I don’t have to constantly refill the cat food. The trays can also be detached making it a whole lot easier for me to wash and clean.

Works great. Fits an entire 5 pound bag or dry food, so once a desicant is installed and storage container is sealed, the food remains fresh and moisture free.

I bought this before leaving on a 3 day trip along with the water dispenser and Litter Robot 4. Best decision I have made.

I'm no longer being woken up by the cats for breakfast or bothered at lunch time. I set the timer to feed them at 530am and 600pm daily and also 900am and 300pm for daily snacks.

This product has been amazing for helping me feed my 3 cats while i am away for extended times. Also the camera is great so i can keep an eye on the cats. The only reason i give this 4 stars and not 5 is because maybe like once a week the food will pour out but clogg the spout preventing the rest of the food from pouring out. For reference i use Blue Buffalo wilderness cat food which are very tiny so idk why this keeps happening. But the cats can usually remove the clogg themselves by smacking a few pellets from the pour spout

We love this auto feeder that is so easy to schedule and use! The camera is a great bonus!! It works very well and the app tells you about any issues that may arise.

Not quite what I expected, it works for sure. However it could be fault of the current food kibble size, but it’s awful at dispensing the right amount of food. But it is reliable, with battery storage for when WiFi/power is out.

Love the camera so i can see when my big orange cat wats all the food and my little white one doesnt get any. Ssd canera record works great

I love that I know that our little fur babies are fed on a regular schedule and we can see them on the camera when away from home! Worth every cent!

Easy to clean up. Having two bowls for 2 cats it's amazing. Love my feeder. The quality of the camera it's amazing.

Figuring out how to set up the feedings was not easy for us. Maybe we're alone there, but the instruction manual wasn't my favorite. Also, it randomly loses connection to the app.. that's super annoying. When it works, it does a good job.

I have very small cat food in there and it seems to get stuck and when you said it to send a cup out on a certain hour, sometimes it only gives you 10 little pieces but then other times it dumps a crap load of food in the bowl it’s not consistent at all, not worth the money or the hype

Makes having a pet more easy about feeding time, specially if you work long hour or so.

This feeder works fantastic. It makes life so much simpler with the scheduled feedings in case I am unable to make it home on time. And then we also have the battery backup in case of the power outages.
