    So my dog ate the remote, bought a universal from best of another brand. That one stopped working thought Id give that one another shot, my dog didn't like it either and ate that one...then bought this one, has worked since and my dog doesn't mind it.

    Sometimes you work sometimes you gotta play with it. You gotta turn it off. Turn it back on you. Gotta put the coat over and over again will not recommend this product.

    It did take a bit to get hooked up and i didn’t like it as much as the old one we had, returning it for another.

    I’m not sure if it’s me or the product but this is the second one I bought the first one didn’t work and I can’t get this one to work either and I work I mean change the channels on my TV and I actually had three other people try it and we can’t figure it out to make it work with my TV

    Beware how your sound system is set up!

    I had a service tech come to my home and I wanted him to set my sound system up on it, but was told it won’t work because I have units set up to go through the receiver. He told me I should just take it back. Best Buy still carries these but their late return policy would not give me anything back and I paid $138 for a half hour service hoping to consolidate 4 remotes into 1.

    This item did not work with my new TV...I still have a cable box hookup so I am sure that is the reason. As a senior citizen who did all the connections myself, I will not add anything else now that everything works.

    LG OLED. Apple TV 4K. Samsung bar. Works perfect!

    I have a LG OLED TV. I use an Apple TV 4K streaming device. I have a Samsung 5.1 sound bar. I have a LG blu-ray player. (That I rarely use) This remote control works, integrates and controls all of my devices very well! I tried 3 other brands of universal remotes and returned them. They did not integrate all my devices and had a lot of trouble controlling my LG TV. This remote has a nice lightweight feel to it and is a good size. Not too big not too small. It has enough buttons but not too many. It has a nice soft rubberized type backing to it that feels good in your hand. Make sure to read the directions and follow them closely when programming your devices, especially when programming the Apple TV device. You may need to take an extra step to fully control that device. I don’t like the Apple TV 4K remote. Terrible design. Great streaming device. High quality sound and picture. Small footprint. Well designed software. Terrible remote. I wanted to get rid of DIRECTV and their streaming device. Sick of paying higher and higher bills. Now I put together a package of streaming apps, Netflix, MAX, HULU trio (HULU, Disney, ESPN +) add free, already get Apple TV through my Apple Music family plan and Prime TV through my Amazon Prime account and get over 50 local OTA channels flawlessly and 100s of LG channels for free. The best part is I will save about $50-60 a month this way. There is no commitments so I can add or subtract streaming apps at any time if I find I’m not using them. Btw I am in my 60s and have been an early an adopter my whole life. Building my own home theaters since the 80s. I have owned the first of everything new tech through the years. Been through 100s of remotes and universal remotes through the years. I’m impressed with this. Hats off to Phillips for a well designed and well thought out universal remote that sells at a reasonable price point.
