I bought this when it was a "deal of the day" at a very good price. My feedback: I have been using an older model Norelco razor for probably close to 20 years. Even after replacing the blades, that razor never gave me as close of a shave as this one. I don't know whether it's the blade design or something I'd never really thought about that this model highlights: shaving technique. You can download an app on your phone so you can see real time guidance, but the razor itself also gives feedback when the shave is done whether you had good technique. Out of the box and using it as I've always used an electric razor, I was getting a red icon on the razor indicating my technique needed improvement. After downloading the app, I realized my biggest problem was not shaving my face in circular motions. My next biggest problem was simply not shaving long enough. The app really did help improve my technique and I have a much closer shave now than I ever have had using an electric razor. (I occasionally shave manually and there's no denying that that gives a closer shave.) A few negatives: 1. This is much bulkier than my previous razor. It isn't difficult to handle, but it takes up more space on my counter. 2. This comes with an odd assortment of extras. It's nice that it has a spare set of shave heads (hopefully I'll remember that when I need to replace them), but one thing that has always come with ever other electric razor I've purchased is missing -- a plastic cover to protect the shave heads when not in use. Very odd that this bundle excludes that but includes a "charging base" which seems superfluous when you can just plug the cord directly into the razor. Be aware that this 9000 series razor has slight differences in what's included depending on where you buy it. I like the extra shave heads, but probably won't use the hair trimming attachment since I have a dedicated tool for that. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to find genuine Norelco accessories unless you buy directly from them, and their shipping fee is quite ridiculous. I ended up getting a knock-off cleaning pod from another site. 3. As someone else mentioned, the size of this razor makes it ineffective at shaving between the nose and upper lip. I do use it there but always have some hairs that get missed that I need to remove using a manual razor. To be fair, my previous razor didn't do a good job in this area, either. All-in-all I'd say this is a solid purchase if you like shaving with an electric razor.

Nice clean shave, super easy to use. Charge time is quick the battery lasts for weeks. Have not used the trimming accessories yet but I'm glad they're available

I really like the flexible nature of the shaving heads and the compatibility with the Cleaning Pod. I only dry shave, so it's easy to clean out the debris, but once a month, I can now clean and lubricate it thoroughly. Nice hard case for travelling too!

I have owed morello shavers for longer than I care to say. This shaver is now my best shaver. Works great and gives a very close shave.

I have bought this brand razor several times before and always liked it. After several years of hard use, my old one was starting to have motor issues, so I decided to update. This is a newer and a little more expensive model than I had before, but after suing for several months I'm very happy with it. It shaves closer to the skin and more quickly than the older model making me have a few more minutes to get to work earlier!

I'm honestly really surprised at how poorly this does - full stop. Then consider the price against the performance and I just don't understand why this is what people spring for at all. I have nothing but regret for my purchase and I do not recommend this product. It gets 2 stars because it does indeed shave your face. How well it does it, however, is "poorly" for the most part. It doesn't get as close of a shave as it should (nevermind their "150k cutting actions per minute), it misses whiskers all over the place, it can't get to the edge of anything like under your nose or your side-burns or near your ears (depending how and where your facial hair grows), it gives way more razor burn than I expected with all their "SkinGlide coating" marketing, and it's noisy and sounds like a tiny tractor. I tried it wet and dry and with an electric razor balm. Sucks the same all three ways (but with more clean up if you use a balm). I'm truly at a loss for how this is a good product, let alone one that costs as much as it does (on sale or not). @Norelco, you got me. You got your one purchase out of me and now never again. I've gone back to just using a Harry's multiblade razor, which I'd recommend over this. If you NEED an electric for some reason, maybe travel, go with a $30 something from someone else.

Works as advertised. Best Buy had a great sale price for this outstanding razor. Comes with many attachments, power cord and plug in block. A caring case also compliments this great value. 5-Stars al the way

I like the way it glides away on your face no nicks or cuts it's a great product I've had this Norelco product for years over 30 years God bless you and your families

Had the cheap 5000 series razor. Which wasn’t the best shave. Bought the 9000 series when it was a “Deal of the Day”. 100 times better at shaving than the 5000 series. Worth the extra money.

Liked the higher number of rotations and a better shave, as well as the extra shave heads included.

For this price you can't go wrong with this quality bundle. This shaver gives a great close shave too,very impressed!

The difference is notable in how close the shave is to 5000x

Upgraded from an older 9500 series and definitely noticed a closer, better shave. Very good price on sale and with an extra set of blades. Happy with purchase and would recommend.

This is my first purchase with any type of electric shaver and this seems to do the job I was expecting.
