I use it pretty much every day. It runs games so good and i haven't run into a single problem. The performance is so good, being able to fun the highest graphics without any problem as well as 60 frames. I can download many games due to the high storage. Such an amazing purchase.

I bought myself this for a year of hard work as a celebration.The graphics look amazing and the console is so quiet compared to the ps4.I was going to get a ps5 this past summer but heard of a ps5 pro series coming out & im happy that I waited for this machine instead as the performance is outstanding.My only complaint is they werent made with a disc drive That will have to be bought separately.I had to definitely buy one because I mostly only collect physical media.I cant be one of those digital only people as i like to display and have a case&manual for my $$ and you own it forever.(no worrying about losing it 5 years later over licensing issues lol)

The best entertainment center to go with my LG C4 77". Performance wise faster and better graphical capability than PS5. Extra storage is also a plus. I purchased disc tray and vertical stand extra.

The PS5 Pro is a step up from the PS5 with 2TB of storage and Quality Mode with 60 FPS. Games like Ghost Of Yotei and Assassin Creed Shadow shine on this console when set to Quality Pro mode. The only drawback is the lack of a disc drive that has to be purchased separately. Great console overall even after the slight price hike.

I have an oled tv with a 120hz refresh rate and i have to say, going from base ps5 on a 4k 60hz monitor to this is a very noticeable leap however i can not recommend the pro if you dont have a display that can let the console flex. The 2 terabytes of storage are also great and while the pro enhanced versions of games can at times be a little off, id say overall the experiences have been sharper and smoother than ever. First party games like spider man, last of us or god of war look exceptional but even some games with unofficial support whether they be ps4 or ps5 games all just seem to run a bit better and even more so if the game has vrr options. If the rumor of the ps6 being delayed ends up true then i think that makes the ps5 pro a bit more enticing for anyone who wants to play games on console with the highest fidelity possible and i imagine this will be even more true when gta6 comes out. After one year id say i enjoy the ps5 pro more than i did the ps4 pro back when it released. I only wish it came with a pro controller instead of the basic stock duelsense.

I upgraded my PS5 to a PS5 pro at the end of March before prices went up. Graphics are noticeable between base PS5 and PS5 pro, and ps4 games also look better on PS5 pro with pssr resolution. I’m playing it on my LG C4 OLED TV. Unlike ps4 pro ps5 pro has better ray tracing more games support 4k in 120hz, graphics looks better than Xbox series x and base ps5 but I wish ps5’s have Dolby Vision on select games. I got the disc drive on an add on because I still have all my physical games on ps5. Games I tested were gears of war reloaded and sonic racing crossworlds which is both ps5 pro enhanced that colors popped out and watch dogs 2 which is on ps4.

This console is amazing, totally worth the upgrade. Some may not notice the difference but gamers who pay attention to detail totally will. It comes with an etra tb of storage & appears very slim compared to the original ps5. The games feel smoother, the menus feel faster, & the new features make the images feel more realistic. Had it for 10 days now & i can say it is very worth it. What a console this console is so strong and so quiet. Playing God of war Ragnarok it looks like I'm playing on PC. Upgraded from the OG PS5 to the Pro. I just had to get the upgraded one the pro it's gonna play all the enhanced games, including GTA 6 and New The Battlefields. I just want to be prepared with great Fidelity and Performance Situations. This is a big step up from the PS5 OG's. Even though I bought the PS5 in 2023 I knew I was gonna get the pro but the price was ridiculous, but I had to. I wanted bigger GPU, Bigger Ram, Advance, Raytracing, AI Upscaling with PSSR & even has 2TB memory. Thank God!

Fast, quiet and storage capacity is great. This is my first PS5 and glad i waited this time around. First thing I did was purchase a disc drive and now the PS5 Pro is complete as it should have been in the first place. Yes it is pricey ,But so are PC components. You just have to weigh the pros and cons for yourself. I went back to PC during the PS5 shortage and when they became available in my area again the small hard drive was not a seller for me considering I would have to upgrade the SSD almost immediately. Most descent SSD NVME drives are two hundred plus dollars normal price. I can't wait to see where they take the Pro enhanced games.

Upgrading from my original PS5 to the PS5 Pro has been one of the best decisions I've made for my gaming setup. I already loved how games looked on the standard PS5, so I wasn't sure how noticeable the improvement would be. After spending time with the Pro, though, I can honestly say there's no going back. The image quality is phenomenal. Between the extra graphical power and PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) upscaling in supported games, everything looks sharper, cleaner, and more detailed, without feeling like I have to choose between beautiful visuals and smooth gameplay. Small details in the environment stand out in a way I never fully appreciated before, and the overall presentation feels much more immersive. Pairing the PS5 Pro with my Sony BRAVIA OLED TV takes it to another level. The deep blacks, vibrant colors, incredible contrast, and crisp image make games like God of War Ragnarök, The Last of Us Part I, and even Astro Bot absolutely stunning. Whether it's the lighting and landscapes in Ragnarök, the atmospheric environments of The Last of Us, or the bright, playful worlds in Astro Bot, I constantly find myself stopping just to admire what's on screen. And while the DualSense controller was already a favorite of mine on the original PS5, the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers still deserve praise. In games that take advantage of them, feeling subtle changes in terrain, movement, and resistance adds an entirely different layer to the experience. Astro Bot in particular shows just how much these features can enhance a game. The PS5 Pro isn't just an upgrade on paper for me. It has genuinely changed how I experience games I already loved, and made me excited to revisit them just to see what I've been missing. Combined with an OLED TV, it's an incredible setup that makes gaming feel fresh again. Having both a Series X and the PS5 Pro I already know the Pro is going to blow everyone out of the water when GTA 6 comes out.
