Customer Ratings & Reviews

I am thoroughly impressed with the PlayStation 5. The console delivers exceptional performance, with stunning graphics and incredibly fast load times that truly elevate the gaming experience. Additionally, I want to commend the Best Buy location in East Houston for their excellent service. The in-store pickup process was flawless and remarkably efficient, allowing me to be in and out in no time. I highly recommend both the console and the pick up option.

I recently purchased an iPad and a PS5 from Best Buy, and I am beyond impressed with both the products and the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help me find exactly what I needed. The iPad has been everything I hoped for super fast, crystal-clear display, and perfect for both work and entertainment. The associate who helped me explained the storage options, accessories, and features in a way that made choosing the right model so easy. And the PS5? Absolutely incredible. Best Buy had it available when so many other places were out of stock, and the pickup process was smooth and organized. The console runs beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Overall, Best Buy made this entire experience simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future electronics! Highly recommend

The PS5 Digital Edition is honestly one of the best gaming purchases I’ve made. The performance is incredibly smooth, and the load times are almost nonexistent thanks to the SSD. Games start up super fast and everything feels really responsive. The graphics are also amazing, especially on newer titles that take full advantage of the console’s power. The DualSense controller is another highlight. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback make games feel way more immersive compared to older controllers. It’s something you really have to experience to appreciate. Highly recommend.

its a nice small ps5 that doesnt take much space, it performs well and id say its solid for what its worth, i use it more than my pc.

Picked up the PS5 from Best Buy and the whole process was super easy and fast. I was literally in and out in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly and had everything ready to go. As for the PS5 itself—absolutely love it. Fast load times, stunning graphics, and a huge step up from the previous generation. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and the overall experience!

I’ve had my PS5 for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. The graphics are incredible—super sharp and smooth, especially with the 4K support. Load times are insanely fast thanks to the SSD, and everything just feels more responsive. The new controller is a huge upgrade too—the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make a big difference in immersion.

Very well made. Smooth design and functions well. No issues so far. Very happy with the purchase. Check out experience was quick and efficient.

The console was absolutely a phenomenal experience and opening it was too, makes you feel like when you had your absolute first console, just wish PlayStation would give you extra storage but other than that it’s a beauty of a console if your the type of hardcore gaming but wanting to play somewhere, Best Buy will never let you down, hands down best store if your wanting to get into tech Customer service 10/10 very nice people they will get you serviced up right away.

I got this PS5 Slim, thinking it would run a little slower or worse than the regular PS5. However, I was completely shocked when it worked super well and booted up faster than I expected. It’s so small and slim. The material feels nicer and solid. The design is also so cool. It also works out even better, because I now have the ability to easily slip this device into my backpack and take it with me. Wherever, I’m off too. It’s a great console, amazing price! I suggest buying here because it is super affordable and has many good features when checking out! Overall super pleased and I feel confident in it lasting!

You know I never reveled this info before but I've personally owned every Playstation consoles (PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, and now the PS5) with the exception of the 1st Playstation console before PS1. It's now part of my collection of gaming consoles that I've grew up and I love it. I'm becoming a full time gamer with one of the hottest consoles on the market. I can say that I'm ready for the Playstation 6 when it comes available in the near future but I still will have my PS5, which I play almost daily. Piece of advice, buy this console nearly everybody got one and in my case my brother and I each have one.

The Sony PlayStation 5 Slim Console stands as a thoughtful evolution of the PS5 brand: sleek, modular, and user-friendly without diminishing the console’s heart. It doesn’t change what gamers love about the PS5—it simply packages it in a more flexible and space-efficient form. As long as buyers confirm the storage configuration before purchasing, the Slim remains a strong option for anyone entering the PlayStation ecosystem in 2025.

A perfect piece of machinery. No complaints everything is beautiful

Amazing upgrade from the ps4, isn't loud at all and runs super smooth in all games. Never had my frames drop below 60 alongside my 144hz monitor. Also glad to see it came with almost 1TB of storage too so that's a nice touch aswell.

Great purchase!!! I was looking for a hobby to keep me from indulging in unhealthy activities when off of work and this was a perfect choice. Not only does it keep me entertained but it also brings the family closer together providing something to bond over. The picture quality is amazing and somewhat futuristic if you ask me and pairs nice with the haptic feedback from the controller providing the ultimate gaming experience. I would like to thank the Best Buy staff in Pleasant Hills who assisted with the smooth transaction process!

I’m so glad I bought it when it was on sale! Not because it’s a bad product but because it’s awesome and I enjoy it much more while saving money! I’ve been hooked to my ps5 since I got it! I’m a pc gamer and haven’t owned a PlayStation since the PS3 and wasn’t sure what to expect.. but man Sonys ps5 is nice! The subscription to play all the games is good too! I’m getting to play games I didn’t get to as a kid or even playing games I missed after quitting gaming! Man I love it! It’s well optimized too! One thing I didn’t know tho was that physical copies were actually physical, I thought that when you bought them they would just have a cdkey but I was wrong and had to get a disk drive, but I found one after scowering high and low and man!! It’s a blast! I do wish it had more storage but I’m happy nonetheless!

I recently bought a PlayStation 5 as a gift for my little brother, and it has easily become one of the best presents I’ve ever given. From the moment he unboxed it, the excitement was off the charts. The setup was quick and simple, and within minutes he was already exploring games with that smooth PS5 interface. Overall, gifting the PS5 was a huge win. My brother absolutely loves it, and it’s been a blast seeing him enjoy something that delivers both incredible performance and fun. Highly recommend it as a gift — or honestly, for anyone who loves gaming!

I recently picked up a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. From the smooth ordering process to the performance of the console itself, it’s been a great experience all around. First, the buying process at Best Buy was seamless. The staff was helpful, and the pickup was quick and easy. The packaging was secure, and everything inside was in perfect condition. As for the PS5, it’s an absolute powerhouse. The graphics are stunning, especially on a 4K TV with ray tracing enabled. Games like Spider-Man 2 and Demon’s Souls look incredible, and the ultra-fast SSD makes load times almost nonexistent. The DualSense controller is another highlight—it adds a new level of immersion with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. The only downside is the console’s size—it’s quite large—but that’s a minor issue compared to everything else it offers. Overall, I highly recommend the PS5. If you’re lucky enough to find one in stock, grab it! Best Buy made the whole experience easy, and I’m looking forward to years of amazing gaming. Rating: 5/5

The PS5 has been immaculate so far! The customer service at the Willowbrook Best Buy was amazing and they got me out of there with what I needed!

It offers the same performance as the PS5 with a disc drive, but for someone like me who doesn't usually use discs, this setup is much more convenient.

Everything works perfectly. I like the design of the system, and I love how the menus look. From the design of the hardware, to the functionality of the software, I really like this. However, I do find it annoying that for every new game you play on it, you have to wait for it to extract data from the discs. But overall, I think this is a really good console, Highly recommended.
