Since I got it, everything has ran smooth so far, pristine quality, quiet start up and easy accessible.

I had a great experience purchasing my PlayStation 5 from Best Buy. I originally bought the wrong version, but when I went back to exchange it, the team was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made the trade-in/exchange quick and stress-free. The PS5 itself is amazing—fast load times, incredible graphics, and such a big upgrade. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth experience. I would definitely recommend Best Buy!

Sony PlayStation is the best console I know, the image quality and speed of games are at their best, I really love this console because I'm familiar with this console from its first series! Only recommendations, everyone who buys it will be satisfied!

I believe the ps5 is the best console available outside of PC. Everyone can play from kids all the way to grandparents. There are games for all ages and communities. I believe it’s a great investment even if you aren’t a pure “gamer”. Just having one around the house is worth it.

The slim model is so much smaller than the original ps5. One of the best gaming consoles available.

Amazing console. Fast, powerful, and great gaming experience. No issues so far.

It's weight and size make it so adaptable to use in areas or locations where there is limited space. It runs really well and not bad for the price. I genuinely appreciate this console for its remarkable performance and it being tinier to that of the old brother. Its cute yet powerful.

My PS5 has been amazing since the day I got it. The graphics are insanely smooth, the loading times are basically nonexistent, and the whole system just feels powerful. The controller is super comfortable and the haptic feedback makes every game feel more realistic. I’ve had zero issues with performance, and switching between games and apps is fast and easy. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made.

The PS5 is massive upgrade from the PS4 especially the loading times for games and apps. In addition to great graphics and performance that the console there are so many great features.

To the Best Buy Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience I had purchasing my PlayStation 5 from your Chandler, Arizona location. Although the unit was listed as refurbished open-box, the condition and performance have been absolutely flawless. The system arrived complete with every item, carefully packaged, and it operates exactly like a brand-new console. The gameplay has been magnificent, and I have already spent many hours enjoying and revisiting retro titles that made me fall in love with gaming years ago. It has truly been a nostalgic and exciting experience. Equally impressive was the professionalism and courtesy shown by your staff during the purchase process. Their knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the transaction smooth and reassuring. Thank you for providing such excellent service and a fantastic product. I truly appreciate the opportunity to share my positive experience.

Got what I expected. If you’re planning on never buying physical discs for your PlayStation 5 then the digital edition is for you. Plus, it looks much better than original or slim edition. Its quiet light weight and to my surprise produces less noise and heat too. I watched many YouTube videos where heating of digital editions was an issue. I just have better ventilation I guess. Very much happy with the purchase. Best buy is the best. The store guy was really helpful and made the purchase experience even smoother. I will suggest Best Buy to everyone planning to buy a PS5 atleast.

I only got this version to play with my boyfriend but i think it’s sleekness is so perfect for my aesthetic and its so cute! It plays every game great and has so much storage!!
