Customer Ratings & Reviews

I absolutely love my new Ps5. The quality is top notch. The onky negative thing I can say is the controller dies so fast. Overall i still love it.

This console was only the second I ever bought for myself. It’s perfect with the innovation in the graphics department and the boost in power in general, it works like a dream. I use it everyday almost all the time I love the design and its ability to run so many games from the past and present for ps2 games all the way to ps5 games it’s actually an amazing machine and I’m so glad I bought it.

The product name PS5 speaks for itself. It's purchase and use is worthy every penny! Yes, that's my PS5 on a mountain top at sunset, running off a generator and hot spot.

Sleek and smooth design,Realy great speed and preformance and graphics, even better than the ps4pro.Easy to install even over average wifi of 6mb/s.Everything about it is great i did however buy a fan seperatly because she runs hot quickly and internal storage might be needed in the future because the games take up so much space and its only 1TB-Still the best purchase made.Comes with one controller and adding a 2nd one will be beneficial for your enjoyment.

Amazing product. Has the average user experience most want. Easily get gaming done without a doubt. If I could gift my friend one I would which is why I write this to win the sweepstakes. Thank you Sony for making one of the best consoles in gaming history.

Great powerful console and the graphics and loading times are a massive step up from thebps4 pro

Awesome console, clean looking very slick, performance is very quick. Downloading is awesome. Very happy!

If you play Fortnite, this bundle is a fantastic choice! Upgrading from a PS4 to a PS5, the difference is night and day—the faster load times, smoother gameplay, and improved graphics make a huge impact. The new DualSense controllers feel much more responsive and comfortable, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Play Station 5 is the best Play Station thus far and the games for it are awesome attention to detail. No glitches and no reboots, we have played this thing for about a month straight with no issues. It was really easy to set up and start downloading games. I bought mine with the optical drive to that I can play my Blue Ray movies and some old DVD's. It's a win/win for the whole family!

My 30 year old son asked for a PlayStation 5 for Christmas. An odd request for a man who still has his original Game Boy device. He is not a gamer. I know even less about game systems. It was an easy process. I went online put it in my cart. It was ready for pick up within an hour. I avoided all the Christmas crowds they brought it out to my car. Smooth transaction and I have a happy son. Thanks

Its super easy to use, quality wise is great and the graphics better than the ps4 overall. What i loke the most is the storage capacity, ive downloaded like about 10 games and still have enough space to download one more. Another thing is that in my ps5 i can lay it down or keep it standing. Great product

I bought this as a Christmas and birthday gift for my boyfriend. He already has a PS4, and while I’m not entirely sure of the differences between the PS4 and PS5, one thing is certain—he absolutely loves it, he says that PS5 has faster load times, better graphics, and new features like the DualSense controller with haptic feedback . He says it’s the best gift he’s ever received.

It was my first gift for myself because I was in school and I have to start working and I’m still happy about it because he was my first thing to buy and it works perfectly

I really love this console, games’s graphics are amazing, actually I have spider man and it has a fantastic graphics. I recomend this console

Loving my new PS5 so far. Came with the Fortnite bundle for the same price, so I got 2 games for myself, and my daughter gets to use the Vbucks. Took a long time to upgrade, but glad I finally did. Graphics amazing, gameplay is smooth, and it has a ton of features. Go with the disc version.. trust me

I am very pleased with my purchase of the PS5 I have been playing PlayStation since 25 years and I have to say I am truly amazed by the design of the system. The remote itself is a complete different world from any normal remote it has impressed me beyond any level this has opened doors in my life. I thought it was not possible. I am blown away.

Had to level up from the p4 to the ps5.. No cap the graphics alone on the ps5 is amazing and so much better than the p4... I am locked in heavy on the black ops 6 that i copped along with the console... It's the best investment thus far....

The PS5 is a huge improvement to its previous systems. The loading speeds are great and the game play is really fluid. The controllers button are interactive as the buttons become harder to press if in the middle of an activity. Games are fairly large in size. I don’t expect that I’ll be able to hold much more than about 9 games on my console at a time.

Ever since I’ve gotten it I’ve played a lot of different games. Quality is good, tho I wish the speed to download would be faster

Blistering performance with zero lag experienced so far with my PS5. The visuals and the gaming experience are awesome. Even Astros Playroom is so good that we cannot stop playing it. Witcher 3 next gen update rocks my PS5. Highly recommend people to buy it. I expected a bit more storage with the slim considering each game is so big in storage.
