Easy. convenient and it charges fast. Well worth the money.

I like the way it lights up when you it is being used. The fact that you have to push it down to charge it is a cool feature also.

I like the way the controllers click in and colors change from red to green when charged.

I was getting tired of replacing batteries in my Controller every other week. So I decided to purchase this charger. It is great at charging quickly. The only downfall may be that the controller has to be on there just right or it doesn’t charge. The light indicator is great at letting you know when it is charging when it has charged and when it is it on properly.

I was skeptical but this charger is really compact and works better than I expected.

The chargers work well enough but the battery packs that come with it don't have the great capacity of the Microsoft batteries. You also can't use the Microsoft rechargeable packs with this cradle as they done have the exposed contacts for charging. The cradle is a little finicky as to getting the controller in the right position that it will charge. The cradles could have been designed so that the controller naturally slides to the lowest point in the cradle so that it charges in that position but it's just a little off from that point. I've set the controllers on the cradle and walked away only to find out that I didn't take enough care in placing it, so it didn't charge. The worst part of this hardware is the super bright LEDS that illuminate a ring around the base to indicate charge status. The green color isn't really noticeable during the day, but at night it's a horrid beacon tempting me to play games. I live in a place where the wall between my bedroom and living room doesn't reach the ceiling and I've had to cover the light strips because they were bright enough to keep me awake. Not a problem if you don't have this charger in a place that should be dark.

Product seems to work as expected. My only problem was Best Buy wouldn't honor a price match after I purchased it. I didn't return it because it was wrapped for Christmas.

so far so good...charges rather quickly. I love that it doubles as a stand for storage.
