I purchased this drone originally because of the sale. Once I opened it up and started flying I immediately went back and purchased another as a gift for my brother. It is quite stable as it is flying. It is easy to control. It comes with easy to read directions and spare parts. The colors and markings on the aircraft are really cool. It has colored lights to help identify which way is forward. The propeller guards are functional without making it look ridiculous. The only marks against it would be camera quality (I expected as much with the price tag) and the battery life is somewhat short.

For the price this is a great drone and easy to fly! I would have given it a 5 if the picture quality wasn't grainy. My 10 year old got this for Christmas and of course after 5 days he broke a blade from a hard collision with furniture. The replacement blades that came with it were only for one style. I took it back to Best Buy and turns out this was a mess up from the factory. It should come with 2 blades for each style. They swapped it out for a whole new drone! Best Buy rocks!

This is a great quadcopter with altitude hold and thats why its easy to fly. Video is only 480 p its not hd but look and style is nice. Must buy. Way better then sky viper drones and as good aa hubsans drone.

Overall this drone was nice for an entry level model for a 9yr old. Charged it up and got it going great but then the next time we tried to charge it - nothing. Returned to BB and was told the batteries on these have a fairly high failure rate, lesson learned. Got a slightly different model and will stock up on a few more batteries. Camera/Video is fairly useless as well.

Got one for Christmas, easy to fly and fun. Stopped charging after about 4 charges. Took it back and got another one, had one great flight then it wouldn't charge. Took it back and was afraid to get another one. Would have been great if it would charge.

Good beginners drone. The battery does not last long. Good for kids.

Owned a few different drones, just bought this one, and I am unable to fly it. It works, but as soon as it leaves the ground, it seems to have a mind of its own. Wish I had read the reviews here before I bought it, but I've contacted the company to see what my next step is.

The first one right out of the box was flying in circles. There are "trim" buttons on the remote but come to find out that the left ones that control the spinning were false buttons. The company protocol advised that the drone was suppose to auto correct itself and fly right. This never happened.The most fun I have had so far is terrifying the cat as it slams into walls, trees, people while its trying to "correct" itself. I contacted the company again and they just sent me a replacement drone. Guess what its doing the same thing. I have followed the instructions to the letter and still no closer to getting it flying in a strait line. Their support has been very cooperative to this point but I'm afraid its just a poorly designed drone.

So I have had this drone for like a week and I was flying it in the street and it ran out of battery and it got run over by a car. Like the car completely ran it over. I put in a new battery and it still works. I am very surprised. Definitely recommend.

I bought this for my 11 yr son for Christmas. It works great, but no one is talking about how difficult and discouraging the charging process is. It doesn't have an easy to charge port. You must open the battery compartment, remove the battery cable from the drone and last, attach the battery to the included usb cable. When the cables are snapped together, it is very hard to get them detached. Fearing he will pull too hard or break the cables, my son asks me for help every time the drone needs a charge. Don't get me wrong, this drone works flawless otherwise, but again the charging process makes it very frustrating to play with it. As an adult, I also find it frustrating.

My 12 year old used this drone one time before it fell and broke. We thought the motor was broken but it is just the gear pinion. Website/company is non-responsive after multiple tries. None of the internal parts are replaceable and I have searched everywhere trying to find a new pinion or brushed motor. Spend a little more and get one that you can buy replacement parts from a rep. dealer.

I bought the VideoDrone AP because my spare part shipment for my other one never came. I bought this and the first thing I did was tested it. I am in love with this drone, and wish I could keep it forever (which probably wont happen.) ; )

It's ok. It's not that really really like wow. I bought it for my husband and he likes it.

Purchased as a gift for Christmas, seems to be good for a beginner.

Remote control broken. It looked used out of the box with letters faded/fading. Redicuolous. I know it's not a thousand dollar drone but at 80 dollars it's isn't cheap either....

The first one I got, the controller wouldn't connect to the drone. Took it back and swapped it out. Controller connected fine. However. The next time I charged it (manual says 1 hour), it flew for about 45 seconds and completely shut off. It wouldn't cut back on so I thought the battery was dead again (weird since it is supposed to fly for about 7 minutes on a full charge.) I let it charge for another hour. Now the drone won't even turn on (no flashing lights or anything.) So I've gotten 2 for 2 duds. Save some more money and get one slightly better. I cannot recommend this drone for anyone.

Garbage. The remote and the drone would never sync correctly and the motors would not start. Even though I bought it as a toy, I'm surprised it didn't work at all.

The frequency seems to be the same in both drones. Like a cheap remote control car. So my kids are unable to use at the same time. Does anyone know if this can be changed?

I received this as a Christmas gift and was pretty excited. However, upon opening the box the charger, cable, and extras were missing. I am not sure if the box was opened prior to purchase and returned, but you can imagine my disappointment. We were able to fly the drone for a short period of time, but found it to be very unstable...again, maybe it was a returned item from a previous purchase. Plan to return tomorrow.

The controller buttons to maneuver the drone left to right did not work. So when we tried to fly the drone it went to the right immediately and it only goes right. We gave to my son for Christmas this morning and we will be returning tomorrow morning.
