Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been really impressed with my Ray-Ban Meta Glasses. The classic Ray-Ban style combined with smart features makes them super convenient for everyday use. The audio quality is clear without feeling intrusive, and the hands-free photo and video capture is way more useful than I expected—perfect for walks, trips, and quick moments I want to save. They’re comfortable to wear for long periods, and the battery life easily gets me through a full day of casual use. I also love how seamless the pairing and controls are. It feels like having extra tech without looking like you’re wearing “tech” glasses. Overall, a great blend of fashion and functionality. Highly recommend!

They are great! Camera definition is really good as well as IA assistant. Realtime translation makes a difference when traveling aboard. Battery may last longer.

I really love these glasses because I want to be a content creator but I'm really shy and hate to hold the camera up to my face or towards what I'm looking at which makes it obvious that I'm recording. These give me confidence to walk around and record content without anyone really knowing... almost. There's three downsides to these glasses for me. One being the recording time of 3 minutes max, Its not horrible because you can just start another 3 minutes right after with just a tap, but I'd say 5 minutes would be perfect. The second downside is the battery life, these glasses don't last too long, especially if you're recording at 3 minutes. They will only last about an hr, but at least the case charges fairly quick. And the last downside is the light showing on the glasses to indicate that you're recording. I bought these to be inconspicuous and I've noticed people noticing the light on my camera and they stare trying to figure out what's going on. That almost defeats the whole purpose of me getting the glasses, I don't want people staring at me. I wish there was a way to turn it off, but I still say it's better than holding up my phone to vlog. Most of the downsides have an easy solution, but because of them I have to give the glasses a rating of 4/5.

I’ve been using the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. They combine the classic Ray-Ban style with smart features that actually make a difference in my daily life. The built-in camera captures high-quality photos and videos from my point of view, which is perfect for documenting moments without pulling out my phone. The open-ear audio is surprisingly clear, letting me listen to music and take calls while staying aware of my surroundings. Voice commands through “Hey Meta” work smoothly, letting me send messages, check the weather, or even translate on the go. Battery life easily gets me through a typical day, and the charging case is discreet and practical. What I love most is how they look like regular Ray-Bans, so I get all the smart features without sacrificing style. Overall, they’re a great investment for anyone who values convenience, functionality, and design.

3/5 Stars I really wanted to love the Meta Ray-Ban glasses because the features are great when they work. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of reliability issues. My first pair had the speakers blow out, so I exchanged them. The replacement had the exact same problem, and I had to exchange those too. Now I’m on my third pair, and they won’t charge at all. I’ve tried everything I could think of to fix them, but nothing has worked. It’s frustrating because I like the concept and enjoy using them, but having three pairs fail in different ways has made it hard to recommend them. Hopefully Meta improves the quality control, because the product has a lot of potential.

This product is very reliable, my husband and son use it to record their daily activities, my son records on stage when he plays guitar, overall great product, would recommend.

I love the product . only thing I don’t like it too heavy it hurt my nose can’t wear too long and the other thing is the battery life ! you take 2or3 videos your battery already 50% down. sound quality really good convenient specially over the phone Bluetooth. this one is good for pleasure use not for heavy duty . only I feel like to give five star taking a picture for emergency matter z

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was so excited to get the Meta glasses, especially since they were discounted! At first, I received the wrong size, but I exchanged them for a smaller one and now they fit perfectly. I really love them — they’re incredibly useful and easy to use. I’m honestly so happy with my purchase. Huge thanks to Best Buy and their amazing staff for being super helpful and making the exchange smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

These are actually amazing for what they are. I take these most places I travel because I always had a problem (well... Struggle) with "staying present" while trying to capture the memory. With these, I can: 1. Take pictures 2. Record videos 3. Not miss notifications 4. Get quick updates 5. Ask questions about my surroundings 6. Listen to music or audiobooks All without having to pull out my phone, or airpods, or apple watch to do any of it. I've taken so many more pictures of my family and sights during vacations and even during regular outtings than ever before and I love it! The ONLY reason these aren't getting 5 stars is the fact I didn't get transition lenses AND I feel they should of used the electrochromic lenses instead. I don't want to wait for the UV rays to force the transition and vice versa. I'll add pictures I've taken with the sunglasses

Amazing quality and great glasses. Bought as a gift for someone and they absolutely loved them!

Great purchase , picture and sound quality amazing

The glasses are amazing they work perfectly and exactly how I expected, I wish you were able to video call with them on but I know that is not Best Buy’s fault which is why it is still a 5 stars.

This is my second pair of meta glasses. The transitions are great and i hardly notice when they are adjusting. Canera quality is very clear and i enjoy being able to take pictires and videos without having to pull out my phone especially when watching a parade or concert things like that. I also enjoy the ease of asking questions or setting reminders by just speaking. Speaker quality is great imo as well. Will continue to buy the new models of these as they are made available.

Glasses worked perfectly! Takes pictures and videos really good & audio works perfectly!

The glasses are beautiful, the battery is better that o though. Easily connection and the picture and videos are great.

One standout feature of the Meta sunglasses is their high-quality construction, typical of the Ray-Ban brand. The metal frame feels sturdy yet lightweight, providing durability and comfort for extended wear. Additionally, the lenses offer excellent clarity and UV protection, ensuring both style and functionality. Photo Quality: 8/10, Imagine your Iphone front camera, pretty much that sort of quality. It takes a great POV video and photo. Sound Quality: It's amazing, but there is a volume threshold you shouldn't go past if you don't want someone listening to the sound coming out of your glasses. Overall the sound quality is amazing, I normally don't have a need to put the volume all the way up because it works just fine. Fun fact, if you cover both ears with your palm it gets even louder. Water resistant: It's usually safe for light rain, just clean it off once you get the chance. Recommendation Features - I need to be able to tell my glasses to send a particular text or open other apps on my phone

The ray ban meta transition lenses are the best its make life do easy you don't have to pull your to look up anything you can just say hey meta and its listening for a command. I like that the lenses are transition so you don't have to take the glasses indoors. The battery is to me but it depends on how you use it but I think you get 4-5 hrs if you not really using your glasses, but if a using the glasses heavy you may get 2-3hrs but you have case

[Employee of bestbuy] I love that these are earbuds, a camera, and sunglasses all in one. Just for the convience alone makes these something i find myself using daily. Even if theres no battery, theyre still classic ray ban sunglasses. But often I find myself using them like earbuds, able to answer calls, listen to music, or podcasts without needing something in my ear. I didnt expect much from the camera but was pleasantly suprised at the quality. Not saying its going to replace my dedicated camera or if you have the latest smart phone. But it’s hard to beat the readiness these sunglasses have mixed with pretty decent picture quality!

Ray-Ban Meta has been everything and more than what I expected. I purchased these to help me record for my car detailing business, and I find myself using these every day because they are that great. Helping me shop, ask questions on the fly about products, and even setting timers and reminders as im working hands-free.

Love these glasses! I use them for work a lot, and the quality of photos and video is great! Battery is not good, especially if you use them constantly throughout the day.
