Cord is rough and heavy so every time you move it rubs your shoulder and people hear it through the mic. The mic.... No matter how I adjust it keeps clipping speech. I had two different gamer friends try and do the settings and even they couldn't fix it. The headset is extremely heavy compared to other headsets the same size. Sound was good... The ears light up and can be changed. The headset needs to be cordless. The software keeps erroring no matter what, so I can't take advantage of the full perks of the headset. I run windows 10. My son got the same error issues on his... Does anybody test this stuff before selling it?

Headset is great, sound quality is amazing but it came defective for me, the mic didn’t work and the little light that should be on isn’t on. plus I couldn’t mute and unmute so I will have to return and get a new one. Overall it’s a really good headset but am sad that mine was defective.

the sound is nice, the headphones are a little heavy but that's not a problem for me. I love it, I enjoy them so much

Good headphones, but be aware that you'll likely need to mess with the equalizer settings in order to make things sound right. It's not hard, and you can easily find other's settings with a quick google search, but it was unexpected. Additionally, I got these when they were on sale for $100, instead of $150. They're cute, and definitely worth the $100, but I'm not sure I personally could have justified the $50 increase over the regular Razer Kraken

Super comfy and great sound. Program to adjust settings (color, change speed, etc) is super easy to use. I LOVE them.

I'm sure they're great, and amazing, but the fact they're usb ONLY, is a downside, bought for gf to use on xbox, had to return and buy the cheaper regular ones without the ears. Should have a usb to 3.5mm jack dongle like most headsets do. Adding double the price for some ears also...not great value but looks cool.

Do not get these for ps5 at all!! The mic picks up absolutely every sound imaginable! And theres is no way to change that as there is no on-board memory. You can’t even think too loud or it’ll pick that up too. Works just fine for PC tho :)

The sound is phenomenal and the rgb is very good synced with the razer synapse software.

Its a great headset, when the cord doesn't have a loose connection.

Bit heavy, but that’s to be expected with any gaming headset. USB only, no Aux jack. Lights up, and goes with the other Razer accessories I have. Love the mic that extends and retracts, it’s what I’ve been needing for gaming. And the kitty ears are a nice touch.

I like these headphones, they are pretty easy to use and thr option to change the settings is helpful especially when switching between games. You can also easily mute the mic by pressing on it which is a plus. The only thing i dont like is the fact that the headset is only usb i would like to use it while plugged into a controller

The shipping time was quick, a day earlier than I expected. The foam cushions are soft to the touch and easy to wear for hours on end. I don't know much about mics so I can't say anything about the microphone attached asides from the fact that it works fine. Initial setup and getting the razer warranty was really easy although putting the earcup back on was a pain.
