Comfortable but complicated

I would say the programs that come with it to adjust the lights are difficult to figure out. I had a hard time setting it up the first time and having a chord is annoying. It's comfortable to wear for hours and hours.

Nice Quality + Cute

They are pretty noise cancelling as well. Very cute of course, and the lights are awesome. The cord is pretty long which can be a little annoying, but not really an issue or anything. I wish they were compatible with Xbox One, but knew they were not before buying. Overall, they are quite nice and I am happy with my purchase.

Buyer beware of issues many have had

Look at the forums and there are many fomks out there with the same issue. Not a wiring issue, checked for software updates, etc etc and all, including myself having same issue. I have owned for a little over 2 years and had problems withing about 6 months. I just noticed my warranty had expired and had not gone thru the pain of dealing with customer service as I thought there was no warranty. Purchased a new kitty headset and the sound quality is not as good as this one. Dissapointed as I really liked these when they worked.

Almost perfect headset

Only qualm is how odd the Razer color customization for the LEDs in the headphones. Some of the best quality headsets I’ve owned. I don’t mind it being USB connection, all that means is I can’t use it with my phone as well, which is a bit of a bummer, since I love good quality headsets.
