Since switching she has had no earaches as they completely cover the ear as opposed to some other headphones. She loves the sound quality and the ability to change the color of the ears with an easy color wheel.

I'm able to change the settings so when my clients talk the ears change color which is entertaining. They are great quality, i can keep the volume pretty low and hear great and they hear me with the mic perfectly.

The sound is great, the appearance is great, and the mic works pretty good. I do however wish the Razer software was better because it crashes frequently, meaning I'm not able to use the color changer during games for streaming, but otherwise I'm really happy with my purchase.

The only problem is that the only plug option is USB. No audio jack. This can not be used on any console controller or to plug into a portable audio device or phone.

Audio quality is on par with the non-ear version of the Razer Kraken headphones and mic quality is crisp and clear over Discord.

She bought it for the looks, but she was smart and bought warranty and after 30 days it started giving her problems. Took it back and got it replaced without worry, and it’s good for two years so can’t beat that. She says it’s perfect for her gaming on the Genshin impact stuff.

It is actually pretty loud, the noise cancellation is also really good. In order to change the colors you need to download Razer synapse, the mic is actually good I was skeptical about it because a lot if people said the mic is really bad but it works really well!!

But the only downside for me is the cable size it's a little to short for me seeing how I play vr and often find I'm limited room to move now from it.
