after around a month of having this item the wires began to twist and become tangled very easily. Even after untangling them the wires were quite damaged. Other than that the sound and mic quality work very well.

The headphones sound super good, but the cable is a nightmare. After less than a month the cable was completely tangled to the point that the wire broke and would disconnect and reconnect to my computer. I looked at other Razer headphones in the Best Buy stores and they didn’t have the same type of hard, braided wire like these ones did. Sadly I am unsure how long the headphones will last as the wire seems on the verge of breaking at any time after not even having them for a month. Best Buy only has a return policy of fifteen days after purchase, so I could not even return them if I wanted to. They also hurt my ears really bad sometimes. Other than that, they’re super cute and sound amazing.

I have always been a fan of razer, though I wasn’t initially sold on the pink. I love that this has a braided cord and is super comfortable to wear. The color has actually has grown on me quite a bit since purchasing and I love it! I hope that they continue to have this product when it’s time for me to get another one!

This headset is amazing. Got it for my wife and she loves it. My only gripe is that the standard Kraken that I have for myself is not the same. This is superior in every way to the extent that they shouldn’t even be called the same name.

Great head set for the price and the look is cute.

Like all my other PC peripherals, I bought it for my awful obsession with the color of pink. The only reason I am giving this 4/5 is because it is a little heavier than my RIG 800HX I use for PS4 and PC. But I am in love with the color, the cat ears and all of it.

They have very good sound quality. I like the design of the retractable microphone. The mute button could be designed better but works once you figure out how to use. The changing light are a fun treat.

Best headset ever!!! I purchased this headset for work, I work from home and the ones I got where giving me headache and they were to uncomfortable but this ones are just excellent they are noice canceling perfect for when I have family members in the house I can hear the people on phone

I love this headset!!! Its works really great! The audio is crisp and clear. The headphones also cancel outside noise to a well extent. The mic quality is also good! I use this headset with my Mac and have had no problems with it so far. The cat ears are also a nice touch to them.

This headset makes this female gamer's soul so happy! The ui to customize it takes a little getting used to, One might say there are too many options? Regardless, so SO many things I love about this, from the light up ears to the hide-away mic.

So cute? YES good sound? YES Razer 3.0 interface? Yes you gota download the softwares! Thx button? You gonna accidently press some times. Volume wheel? Yes Change up those colorful ears! YES you want it? Um thats up to you but YES i got it and i like them soo much!

it worked well the first couple of months. it’s well taken care of and there’s no damage to the cord; however, it constantly connects and disconnects. i’ve checked forums and i guess it’s a very common issue with the headset. i’ve tried everything to fix the issue and i’m very disappointed.

Headphones are of excellent quality and well worth the price. they actually had dropped in price and Best Buy did their guarantee price match within the time period allowed. My daughter loves the headphones and the LED lights change colors with her mouse together.

Super adorable. Tbh I mainly use this headset for Zoom-school and video editing on my Mac, which doesn't have the software for the cute color changes, but otherwise it's great quality. Looking forward to having some free time to play some games on my PC soon and seeing how it goes.

Great quality product. I did end up returning because I thought the usb would work with xbox. Just like you can plug in a usb keyboard into xbox and it works. But this headset only works with pc. Other than that, I would have kept them but I opted for a xbox kraken headset

It’s super cute I was nervous about buying it because of the price but I love them they are amazing quality the sound is good the mic works better then other headsets I’ve had. It’s worth the money. Definitely would buy them again if anything happened to the ones I have

wow- flawless buying experience, best price anywhere. Had to give this as an early xmas present to my daughter who says these headphones are flawless...great sound. She already had the drivers installed for the Razer keyboard we bought at Best Buy a couple of months ago.

I've had these for well over a year now and I love them. The mic is decent but I opted to use my hyper x mic for gaming and streaming. The sound quality is amazing and I'd get these again

These are very cute and I love the quality. The only problem I have is really with razer. If you are in the middle of gaming and they drop an update, the headphones seem to magically stop working until you update them and restart your computer.

It's cute, but it's not the best. It usually disconnects by itself and makes the rest of my peripherals act up too. I don't know if it's because of Synapse but it's just really annoying when the rest of my stuff disconnect. The sound quality is pretty good though, but I don't think it should be praised much. Sometimes it gets REALLY quiet, I just restart my PC and it's an easy fix. I've also tried connecting and disconnecting it, that fixes the headphone's silence too. It also seems sturdy and it's very easy to clean.
