I love it the item which is looks awesome when you in the dark and also the sounds are really compact with your ears can do also both sounds inside and out and the microphone was awesome you can hide it if you don't use it

My daughter loves this purchase. Had some initial issues of hooking up to computer but that was probably user error. Work great! Look adorable. Love the color change! Price is a bit high.

These headphones are so cute and are actually good quality! Usually theres a trade off between good quality and having something cute for your pc but these don’t :) delivery is on time and the package wasn’t damaged!

I have been searching for gaming headphones for months and finally decided to splurge on these! So glad I did. The color, sound, quality everything just absolutely amazing and perfect addition to my pc setup.

Absolutely kawaii!!! Pink and kitty themed make it so perfect and then the lights are nice. And the sound is so good and the mic is clear when I speak and does not pick up background noises

I love the surround sound these have. A total of 8 that gives you the feel you're in the game. They're compatible with laptops. My only issue I'd they're not tight enough and slip a little if you do sudden movements.

Great sound and quality but just wished I could change the color when playing on my ps5 and not just for pc but other than that great

I love the design; my friends love the way I sound better. Only problem was they stopped working in about 6 months.

I haven’t had these for more than half a year, and they’re already messing up. I originally had them on a USB2, but I had to move it to the back of my tower to a USB3. They were working just fine until a week or two before I HAD to move them. They’re not even functional in the original USB port. They wouldn’t connect to my audio at all, and would just make popping noises. The wire would somehow always end up twisting itself all the time, despite me literally putting them on the headphone stand. The headphones attempting to reconnect to the rest of my setup has made my computer freeze and lag more than a handful of times. Sometimes the headphones receive sound but the colour stays white even though the rest of my matching Razer devices are going through the chroma. Now that I have to have the headphones on the USB3, I can’t even use the microphone properly. It’s supposed to turn off by itself if you retract them, and have a red indicator light. Now it doesn’t even do THAT. Heaven forbid I accidentally move the headphones, because it’ll make it try to reconnect AGAIN.

I originally had a regular Razer Kraken headset and I fell in love with it. Loved the sound and noise cancellation that came with it. So, I bought this set to keep in my gaming setup in my second location and it has been worth it!

I bought these for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. They are great quality, sound good and the LED lights are very nice. She loved it so much that we went back for the matching stand and mouse pad.

Purchased these headphones for our niece and she absolutely loves them. It the trending headphones for 10+ year old kids. Her friends are so jealous. They fit nice, look fashionable and have great sound quality.

Super adorable even when using on a Mac computer as the default lights are white. Note: Razer does not currently have a program compatible with Macs that allow you to change the colors of this model, so it loses some points there (why they chose to do that who knows). I hope to pick up a PC in the future so I guess I'll be able to change the colors then if I do. Also my ears are a bit on the larger side and the ear cups tend to bother me after a few hours but other than that they get the job the done and I haven't heard any complaints about the mic when I've made phone calls/participated in class lectures.

I purchased the headphones as a gift for my granddaughter, she loves them. The sound quality is good, the ears light up, and you can customize the lights.

Works very well and was easy to install with razer customization is a bit of a learning curve but is figured out pretty easy. Noise cancelattion is really good hard to hear things happening around you.

eh, it broke after 6 months. It’s cute but super expensive.

I bought this for my daughter and she couldn't be happier. Sounds and looks amazing. We all love the little ears that light up. So cool. This headset was a big improvement over her last.

If you have a smaller head and ears it’ll be a little loose and not snug. But the sound and mic quality is too.

Adorable. Mic is sweet. The sound is a little less quality than my old headphones but those were not made for gaming so it was expected. I'm obsessed with the lighting options...they are endless.

Had to warranty it twice within 4 years. Mic wasn't the best either.
