Honestly just cosmetic, mediocre sound and mic

I tried several solutions, programs, you name it. I tried it all but there was still popping and static both in audio and mic. And no, it wasn't my laptop because I tried these on different PCs. I'm so sad I didn't have the positive experience so many others on here did. Other than that, the RGB worked really well with the Razer software, the headband is sturdy, and the ear cups are generally pretty comfortable. I guess if you don't care that much about having amazing audio and mic quality, get these because they're adorable. But that's really all they brought to the table.

Cute, but major issues to get them working.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very difficult to set up, as the mic initially wasn’t working and the instruction guide is honestly not helpful or detailed whatsoever. No trouble shooting instructions either. After a 40 minute phone call with a friend who’s great at tech-related issues, we were able to figure it out. But it shouldn’t be that complicated. This headset is meant to plug in and be used right away and that was not the case. We try that being said, I do love the look of them as they are name brand and one of the few kitty headsets on the market especially with the cool lighting effects. But be weary they might come partially broken / require some work to get them going.

Amazing headset

My daughter absolutely loved them so I do plan on getting her a pair for her upcoming birthday:) I love the light up features, only thing I was unhappy with was the fact that it’s a pc headset.. I have to switch to pc soon in order to use them.. they don’t work for my Xbox 1 or my ps4 consoles
