Love it and love the program they comes with it. I wish it had an extra converter for The usb to be able to plug into a regular headphone jack in case your not at a computer .

Powerful and cute. The Chroma effects is funtabulous! Me likey the ears lights dancing. Good thing I bought this on a lower price. Recommendable. Unfortunate mac does not support the chroma effects.

Like many people my headset stopped working just after a month of owning them. The headphones randomly disconnect and reconnect which will freeze the game you're playing, as well it makes a very loud clicking sound every time it disconnects. Some days I will turn on my PC and it will be working fine, while other days it doesn't work at all. I have the full quartz edition line and I have no issues with any of my other products. I previously had the original quartz headset and zero issues. Really disappointed with this headset. You're better off just buying a $20 headset maybe less cute but I promise they will be better. The only good thing about this is Razer support can help you get a replacement it just takes a few weeks for the full process. I got this headphones for my daughter and i had to tried them out before. I wasn't sure if I should buy ones for myself but after trying them i definitely will get am other ones for me. she also loved them.

I bought this for my wife on her birthday to compliment her growing all Pink Quartz setup and she absolutely loved it! Just remember to pick up the geek squad warranty, because I surely forgot to and eeeek.

Worst headphones ever, it will disconnect from the audio channel if theres a loud bang or explosion in game especially csgo or squad. Headset will cut out and you have to unplug it and plug it in. If its for cosplay like nekomimi (not a furry) go ahead and buy it.

YESSS! finally. I got the other one without the ears and it didnt work with the switch, but this one does, Just plug into the dock. If You wanna use it un docked youll need a usb to usbc adapter.

My kiddo loves it , only thing I had to do to get it working right was to get a usb c port to usb female adapter for the 2020 MacBook Air . The RGB Lights are bright, which I give it a big plus.

For 150$ I spected this headset to last longer but, exactly 2 years from using them and they just stopped working on my pc. The cable would get all tangle and it the paint from the headset started to get off, like peeling. The sound is not the same and it keeps turning on and off when connected.

Waste of money. Heavy, clunky, poor sound quality, made for large heads, ear phones do not close around your ears- they come up at the bottom of your ear so sound is abysmal. I had these for a day and returned them as soon as I could. Do not buy these just because they are cute. If you want to game, these aren't it chief.

I have it as a gift to my sister and she loved it so far, it may be a little difficult to set up the program to get the customization to the lights going for most people

Cute, fun purchase for my daughter. It does NOT really light up and change colors on a MAC, so manage your expectations there. But she loves them!
