Customers recognize the Lancehead Wireless Laser Gaming Mouse's appealing design, ease of use, and customizable lighting as significant strengths. Many appreciate its wireless functionality and responsive performance for gaming. However, some users point to battery life as a potential weakness, requiring more frequent charging, especially with the RGB lighting enabled. The relatively high price point is also a factor for some potential buyers.

This product was great when I first received it, everything was functioning well and it felt really nice. But within a month I begin to notice a drop in functionality both wired and not wired. This began to get worse and worse with time and eventually the mouse wouldn't function even wired. I'm not sure if I received a bad egg or it was the drivers for the mouse, but It was 100% not worth the money.

Rating goes for Razer support and the way the mouse was designed to ship with the wireless dongle pre programmed making replacing a dongle impossible down the line. Razer continued to send me the wrong dongle and had me try to pair up with the wrong software multiple times from june 2020 till November 2020. Conveniently my warranty did expire by 1 day and although they still offered to assist, even me being patient with them with covid affecting staffing and logistics they have now given up on servicing the product. I will never recommend another Razer product again due to the very bad support. Buyer beware.

I bought this mouse because it was the only ambidextrous mouse Bestbuy had in stock.
The "wireless" portion of the mouse is a gimmick, not in that it doesn't work, but that the battery life is poor making it not useful.
So essentially this is just a wired mouse with a hefty price-tag.
Not only that, but the Razer software is not only intrusive but is essentially not functional. It needs to be updated almost daily, which requires you to make an account and provide your personal details... Excuse me, why the #$%# do I need to provide my personal details to use a $%^$%$ Mouse?!
DO NOT BUY RAZER PRODUCTS

Worst mouse i have ever had. So many issues im suprised razor can even sell these.
First off the bluetooth died within a month. Then the lift off range kept screwing up where it has like a 5 inch lift off. So when you pick your hand up the mouse goes flying across the screen.
Then it had this issue where it would stop being able to go past a portion of the screen reset it and it any of those issues are fixed.
Never buying another razor mouse again. Got it this summer couldnt even make it the rest of the year.

Razer has replaced this mouse no less than 3 times and it still constantly freezes up on me (mouse movement). During this time it still responds to button clicks. I use the wired version of this mouse at home and it's amazing. I wish I could just replace this wireless version with a wired one -- by now my warranty is up yet the latest replacement just started doing the same thing.

I had been shopping around for a mouse for gaming and general use awhile. I have tried several, including the Logitech g503 and the Razer Death Adder, but returned both after finally trying this one. It's perfect; the fit is comfortable and ergonomic, doesn't slant to the side, or its not too bulky, it's quick, has a great weight, not too light or unnecessarily heavy, it has both wired and wireless connection, the lighting feature is awesome and the light design is the best because it's visible throughout the mouse not just the palm, the button are high quality, they do not feel cheap and are highly responsive, it charges fast, can be charged using your pc or connected to charger on wall like an Apple IPAD charger or Samsung phone charger, the software it comes with is great, the mouse looks awesome, has rubber grips, and the packaging is what it should be for an expensive mouse. Definitely a winner. I bought this with the inexpensive insignia mouse pad and it works perfect. I've used this for Age Of Empires online play and it works perfect, plus its super comfortable.

Hardware fails constantly (few times an hour) even on wired connection the movement sensor will stop working for 20 seconds. Clicking will work but the movement won’t.
