I originally went in to buy the naga hex and unfortunately they were all out of them, I ended up buying the normal naga chroma and am so glad I did, all the buttons were intimidating at first and I found myself asking if I would really use them, I use every one of them especially when playing world of warcraft, makes gaming so easy!

The mouse is awesome. super responsive. just be aware that the mouse has its own acceleration software and if you install razors software and have a game that runs at the same time it may become touchy. i do appreciate that the cable can plug directly into the mouse for when the battery dies so that i am not down any game time.

Very responsive. I love that it can be either wired or wireless. My husband hates it wireless, so he plugs it in. I love the buttons on the side for gaming and they now have raised differecession so you can tell a difference in what number you're touching which is helpful for gaming. Full numpad is awesome.

    - Comfortable - Good Grip - Simple to use ,but has intial learning curve. - large amount of keys that can be mapped This is my go to mouse for MMO games that requires skill spamming . I mapped all my keys onto my house and only use the keyboard to type. Amazing and highly recommended.

This mouse is truly incredible! The customization alone is a fantastic feature, but the performance is even better. I am a person that has trouble with other mice, because I have to have my computer set to the fastest movement speed and precision possible. And for the 1st time I found a mouse that I can use with complete comfort. It not only keeps up with me; the ergonomics and the wired/wireless versatility are extremely useful. I recommend EVERYONE buy the Razer Naga Epic Chroma it will surpass any other mouse you've ever had before.

Easy to install and program, and overall a really great mouse to use while gaming. I like that it has the capability of a cord, or you can use it wirelessly. The lights are also really pretty :3 matches the blackwidow chroma perfectly.

Great mouse but I may not have bought wireless

Think twice about wireless gaming. I love this mouse. It took me just a week or so to get used to all the buttons and my custom binds but once I did it was awesome. My complaint is the wireless. This mouse is probably one of the most expensive mice on the market when I bought it and I have to admit that the wireless experience on my cheaper major mouse brand may have performed longer by months. I understand that wireless requires battery but I can't even go a day of gaming and desktop use without this mouse causing issues for me. I used my previous wireless mouse for several years with the same use and it was just fine. Battery would also last for a few months. I have turned this mouse into a permanent wire mouse and that would be the reason I rated this a 4-star. You might want to reconsider wireless if you like this mouse and its features and buy the wired version instead or just leave the wire plugged into it. I can't afford my mouse going out in the middle of a game any longer, and it happened on multiple days in a row. It was embarrassing to my gaming reputation.

The biggest appeal is the buttons on the side. It seems like there aren't that many mice made for gaming anymore that sport all the buttons. Besides the overall bulky size, it's lightweight and somewhat durable. 4.5 / 5.

I use the mouse with my MacBook when working. I mapped the thumb buttons to various Mac commands like copy, cut, paste and return. I did not know until using the mouse that the wheel could be leaned left and right, which I have also programmed for moving spaces. The chroma colors look great and the mouse feels really good. a great mouse at an awesome price.

So I had the previous naga mouse and decided it was time for a change since the left button would not click correctly. I decided to purchase the naga chroma and of course I was instantly in love. The mouse itself has a suede type of texture. Love how you can customize the colors and have a mouse to show off to friends. This mouse is windows 10 friendly and is easily customizable with the razor synapse software. I would recommend this mouse to all those mmo gamers and just gamers in general.

This beats the Corsair Scimitar for me and heres why. When I bought the scimitar I found out that all of the button settings and color schemes are managed through a program on the computer, if the program crashes (which happened a lot to me) you're out of luck and when you're gaming thats a huge no-no. The razer mouse's rotating light scheme and numeric keys work without any extra software, so it was an easy choice for me after using both.

This is a good MMO mouse, but I found that it felt cheaper than it actually is. It also relied on the Razer Synapse program/drivers that while useful, were limited on my system due to the fact they kept wanting to crash my system. That was just an issue with a few programs that automatically ran on my system that interfered with it in some way... not actually sure how that happened. The other thing is, if you're use to using Trackballs, then using the thumb keys is almost second nature, especially after a few days of using it. However, I don't find this mouse useful for any gaming that doesn't need you to have like 12 buttons dedicated to the Number keys at the top of the keyboard. Oh, and if you are playing games like TERA or AION that use multiple bars for skills, even Star Wars the Old Republic does this... Then you can set it up so that you're using WASD for movement keys, and use your thumb and other fingers to press the left Shift, the left CTRL and the left Alt keys in addition to your right thumb using the other keys on the side of the mouse. Doing this effectively gives you 48 different skills you can use just from mapping them properly on the mouse. The only other problem though I had with this mouse, is the thumb keys collect grit and other stuff easily between the keys... And don't use the mouse if your hand is sticky in anyway way, that leaves more grease and grit on the mouse's MMO keys. With this mouse, it will make you better competitive in PVP (Player versus Player) and also make it easier for you to just jump right into playing games, because you have all the number keys on the thumb keys area of the mouse. So no need to re-key-bind all the keys from the default key bindings for the skills :)
