If this was a mobile phone batteries would obviously be necessary, but for a VOIP desktop service, not being able to plug and charge makes no sense, as does having a phone die in the middle of usage.

Very frustrated!

I work on the computer while on the phone and we also conference call with more than one person in the room......the speakerphone is the worst I have ever had. If you are not 2 inches away from the mic, the other person can not hear you. Then the static and noise started coming into the picture. WOW, I am at my limit! NEED TO FIND A 2 LINE PHONE WITH AN AWESOME SPEAKERPHONE! And yes, I do use the headset too......
