Had this robot over a month now and I love it! Great on hardwood floors and carpet. Lots of smart features and doesn’t get stuck on things like my old robot vac did. Steep price but worth it on the features.

I thought I was going to buy a roomba until I found this— everything about it is absolutely better. Vacuum, mopping, software on the phone, speed of room scanning. Honestly I am continually impressed even months later.

This is the best of the best in my opinion. Wow it vacuums great the mopping great all through the house it cost a little more than the cheaper ones but it’s well worth the price 510 stars whatever the highest rating I can give it is what I give, hope you enjoy it too

Awesome! Greatest investment ever. I wake up to the house nice and clean every morning. I set it to start cleaning at 1am and it's done after about an hour or 2. It is a bit noisy so make sure to close your room door if you're a light sleeper. Or maybe have it clean during the day.

I’ve owned several iRobots, so switching over to the Roborock app was a bit difficult. However, I enjoy the robot vac/mop combo. I previously purchased the iRobot comparison and returned it nearly immediately, it under performed so much. The obstacle avoidance isn’t as good as I would like. I also have not been able to use the “rocky” voice command that I’ve seen available online. However that may be for the newest vac mop combo only. For the price point (and I got it on sale.) I would expect it to be even better than it is. But over all- I’m happier with it than the iRobot version of this mop. It also mops and vacuums and maps a lot quicker than any iRobot we’ve had. If you only are looking for a vac, go with the iRobot. If you want the combo done quickly- get this. We have 5 cats and 2 dogs. It mops and vacuums every day. It gets its workout. Hopefully it lasts… I also like that it can go with the hard wood or floor surfaces direction to clean

My wife and I are super satisfied with this product. I'm writing my review here to show some details of this product. But the most fantastic thing is that you get details that count a lot, I'll explain it to you. Imagine you go to the kitchen to make your coffee or a snack before work, and spill coffee grounds on the floor, and you're late for work, you just need to take out your cell phone and ask to clean just the area you got dirty. You can also ask to clean just one room. Furthermore, you can do this remotely. Simply amazing

The YT/reviews don’t lie… very happy with this purchase. My house has never stayed so clean. Meaning my floors are always dirt free which means less dust in the house overall. I waited to do the review just to be more honest about it maybe it’s still learning rooms as it vacuums and mops, but it does take some inefficient routes occasionally. The real cons, is the app only allows so many rooms to define. Also somehow it created two other areas that don’t even exist, but I don’t have any way of getting rid of them. I also hate that you have to use a dust bag. It should’ve just dumped in a bin.

Fantastic vacuum does a great job. Have not used the mop yet, but everything else on it works fantastic. Funny story after running at about three or four times there. It said it had a blockage, and I went to clear it, and I found a clothespin of all things up inside the tube, feeding into the bag in the base that couldn't possibly have gone through the tubes in order to get that far. So it had to be inside to begin with. I have no idea how it got there, because there are no clothespins in this house, so it had to have been put in or got there from the factory, I'm guessing. Once I removed it, though, everything works fantastic. I'm super satisfied.

Featured in CR with high ratings, this robot vacs and mops. 3 compartments (clean water tank, residual water tank , and sweeper bag) mop pads on unit are dried by Roborock at end of each cleaning. Suction power levels can be adjusted via the app. Clean by room or set up zones to clean. it can clean in the dark. Robotic detects obstacles and avoids them. I’ve had 3 other types of robots in the past, this one out does them all.

Robot does not mop floor well. Leaves areas untouched in middle of floor. Cost too much to not do a great job.

I replaced my Roomba vacuum and bravia mop with this vacuum/mop combined system. We use the system twice per week. We have wood floors. Setup was easy. The app works very well. The Roborock system is quieter than our previous vacuum and has multiple suction power settings. We're very happy with our purchase and would recommend to others.

It’s only been 48 hours since purchase, but I must say I’m glad I said goodbye to Ecovacs Omni 1. Roborock is more quiet, and has a better obstacle avoidance.

This hands down is my best purchase for 2023!! I have done countless hours of research… & with all my research I even tried to cut corners and get a substandard Robovac .. took it back same day!! I decided it’d I’m gonna get a Robovac it’s gotta be the best and that’s exactly what I did. I have been raving nonstop about this Robovac.. I’m an unlicensed marketing guru when it comes to this particular model. Do yourself a solid and buy you one.. or 2

It's a much better machine than the Roomba we had before. It maps out our floor better, is more thorough in cleaning the floor, and is more quick and efficient. As long as you can connect it properly to your app (had a bit of an issue at first due to 2.4 band limitation) you'll be more than satisfied with this machine.

Never been more pleased with a cleaning machine. It really does its job well.

Love this robot vacuum!!! Saves me the hour it takes to clean my floors. Easy to clean the pad once a week and add additional water. My only concern is that the dirty water tank gets a mildew smell if it is not emptied, rinsed, and left to dry daily.

Quick and simple. Vacuum is amazing. I have owned a few this is the best by far and worth the money. They say you have to use their brand of floor cleaner. That’s not true any will do. Can’t say enough good about this. Go buy it!

Roborock has been doing a great job of vacuuming my hardwood floors, rugs, carpets, laminate floors, and bathroom tile floors. So far I have not had any problems with the vacuum. I would purchase this vacuum again!

Excellent bot! One month in and the cleaning capability is very good. Object recognition also very good. Size works well under cabinets and furniture too. Base station is awesome, cleans, dries, and pulls the dust out. Very pleased with this robot!
