Been watching and waiting for this Roku brand of products to come about. Definitely worth the wait. Picture is awesome. Vivid colors and deep blacks. 4k programs are stunning. Other reviews with negative picture quality issues are missing something. This television is simply incredible for the price. Built in speakers are sufficient, most other manufacturers are lacking. I do have this coupled with a premium sound system, so set speakers were not a priority. Absolutely no problems setting things up and would recommend checking this out. Five stars all around.

Love my Roku TV! It arrived quickly and was a breeze to set up. I’m tech challenged and setting it up was easy even for me. Beautiful picture and sound!

A great TV! Super easy setup and very easy to navigate once one is set up, with access to a lot of TV apps (e.g we added the On Demand Korea app) It has all the regular apps such as YouTube, Hulu Amazon prime etc. Great depth of sound and pictures are nice and clear! Only thing that needed toning down was color (red) in particular was too vivid. Definitely better than a regular HD TV but not as clear as an OLED or mini QLED). I understand the Roku Pro series has mini QLed. Very good Way Fi strength and pickup in our basement. I understand it has WiFi 6 built in.

I am now a dedicated Roku TV customer. The quality of the product and the user friendly features are outstanding. For individuals who love streaming this is the go to TV. The interaction works great and the Roku system is amazing. The ease of use, the quickness of the TV in performing commands is outstanding. I also play video games on my Roku and enjoy every moment. I plan on changing all of my TV’s to Roku! I also love the built in speaker system it has. Placed where they use to be and works extremely well.

Picked up this 55" Roku TV for my bedroom, upgrading from a 10 year old 50" Changhong LCD. Its a great upgrade. Picture is crisp, colors are bright, brightness is excellent and TV is very quick and responsive. True, it may not be as good as top brand newest TVs that will cost you thousands, but at this price point its an amazing value in Entry-Mid TV options. Built-in Sound is decent, although i picked up a wireless ROku soundbar, so the sound quality has been taken up another couple notches. After 10 or so days, i tweaked color tint, sharpness and few other options to adjust the picture exactly to my liking. Tweaked the sound output just a bit as well. Roku and all other apps are super fast and work without a hangup. Overall, Im extremely happy with this purchase.

Amazing tv. Easy set up - all in one. Sound quality is noticeably better than most other tvs I’ve owned or demoed. The picture is the star of the shoe and fully customizable to the environment. Way better than most sets out there and can’t tell difference from my OLED set. Roku is going to make a big splash in market with this set - don’t overpay for unrecognizable differences. Simple all the way around except for the performance. Syncs with everything- set up from box to mount to watching/Xbox was 10 minutes!

Very good picture and works seamlessly while navigating through the various apps and features. I wish I was able to fine tune sound a bit more. I connected roku wireless speakers and finding it difficult to balance bass amd speech clarity.

My new Roku 55" Class Plus Series QLED 4K Smart TV is Great!! Gives me that BIG Screen feel in my small apartment. The picture quality is perfect for watching movies & WOW what a job it does on NFL games. Brightness for Sports is really good.. Sharp & Clear. The sound quality is just OK, so I'm seeing a possible Sound bar &/or Headphones in the near future to be a viable remedy. All in all, I'd easily Recommend this TV to friends & family.

This is by far the best budget TV. I was fully expecting this to be some cheap offbrand TV that Roku just slapped their name on, but luckily that couldn’t be farther from the truth. In fact, I was so sure of it that I originally bought the high sense U6K mini-led. After spending a couple days with it, it just didn’t impress me and something kept calling me back to the Roku. So I exchanged it and boy was that the right decision. As a TV, this thing is better in every way and in general I just really like the Roku software. Here’s what makes it stand out: - This is the first Budget TV I have seen that has good local dimming. It’s usually the first setting I turn off, but I’m keeping it on! - Overall the quality is phenomenal, the colors are as vibrant as they can be while still being dead accurate and not oversaturated. The backlighting is really even with no bleeding or clouding anywhere. Dark blacks and pure whites! - The sound quality is what will make this really stand out when you compare it to anything else in its price range. I bought this for my bedroom where I wanted something that I could just plug into the wall and use without any additional equipment. Just OK would’ve been good enough, but this is genuinely the best sounding TV I’ve ever heard. Would a sound bar be better? Of course. But I would argue that there are plenty of cheap sound bars that would actually sound worse, that’s how good the speakers are! The Hisense U6K is rated to have some of the best speakers, and this TV blew it out of the water. Consider me a lifetime Roku fan!

I haven’t had many larger TV’s, so maybe I don’t have enough comparison, but this tv is well feature packed. It has the best sound of any flat panel tv I’ve experienced, much better than I even expected. Plenty of HDMI ports, lightweight, well packaged, very minimal “frame” surrounding the screen, the picture seems quite clear(best of the last three large tvs I’ve had and presently have), and best of all, the integrated Roku functions are well laid out and customizable. Only thing I can’t comment on is longevity, which unfortunately is the most important factor for me. My last Sony Bravia lasted 6 years and might only need some internal cable cleaning, but 6 years isn’t super impressive to me, but apparently it’s a decent run. So I guess time will tell. The only thing I don’t love is the remote. This isn’t shortcoming of the tv, but more of Roku in general. I don’t exactly know how it could be better, but I can say I don’t appreciate having a random selection of app shortcut buttons. It seems every Roku remote I have offers four different shortcuts, and they aren’t the same options on each remote. I don’t subscribe to most of them, so those buttons never get used. At least this particular remote has two that I can program. I also wish there was a “live tv” button, so while using the rewind button on a live tv show through our internet tv provider (in this case YouTubeTV) I’d like to hit one button that brings me to the most current part of the program I’m watching. Anyone with a cable based DVR would know the button I’m missing. As for the rest of the remote, being rechargeable is a great touch. And I’m sure the voice control would be valuable to anyone that likes barking orders at the TV(not my thing, yet). I gave 5 stars simply because I already knew about the remote and choose to remain a Roku user, which leaves all 5 stars for the quality of the TV.

Great TV with easy setup and operation. We were watching the price and when Best Buy had a sale, we purchased it. We mounted it over the fireplace in our living room. It's got a great picture!

I love the good sound that comes from it while it sits on our tv stand. Everything is easy to do and the picture is wonderfully clear. Live that ROKU made their own TV

This TV is absolutely amazing at the price. The settings and features are robust and lightning quick. Amazing wireless connection. Very vivid picture with deep blacks. I use it for next gen gaming and my XBox Series S looks gorgeous and runs incredibly smooth with it. The only spec i wish was upgraded is the 60hz refresh rate, 120hz would have been nice. But for the price, I still feel I got an AMAZING deal!!!

TV is a great value. Great picture and colors in a dimly lit bedroom. Roku Remote and the Roku OS are almost perfect. It has a lot of features not widely found at this pricepoint. Only reason it is not a 5 star review is the inconsistent connectivity with my Bose qc45 headphones. I have to do a hard restart of the TV through Systems/ Power/ Restart to get it to connect. Hoping a software update will fix it soon.

This tv has a really bright, vibrant screen. The sound quality is really good, especially the fact the speakers have bumps on the back of the tv. Possible built in subwoofer. The remote is rechargeable and lasts a really long time on a charge. The only thing that decreases the remote battery life is when you got wired headphones connected. TVs similar to this go for 600-700 dollars.

Purchased for a relative as I have three other Roku TV's, two Select series and one new 75" Pro series and all are great. The relative loves her new 55" Plus Series TV and can't stop raving about it. I've been very happy with all of my Roku TV's and knew she would like the one I gave her. Great pictures and easy to use. A++ for Roku TV's!

So Roky now makes a QLED TV. It is suspiciously similar to a 5 series TCL before TCL went all in on google tv. That's a good thing. Good picture, color and sound. Colors and Black are both good, and better if you play with the picture modes. Roku smart platform is as user friendly as you can get.

We had a TCL Roku tv and loved the Roku feature and ability to pause live tv. Sadly the tv stopped working. We replaced with a 55” Roku brand tv. The tv has many great features and is easy to use. My biggest issue is that this tv constantly repeats when you are watching live tv. This happens when you have a memory stick in the USB port. Watching shows and the news is annoying when the tv keeps repeating lines and then garbles the sound to catch up. I have contacted Roku support twice. The first time I was asked to do some simple fixes and see if they worked. They did not so I called back. My issue was escalated to their engineering department. Unfortunately, there’s nothing that I can do as far as a return. The issue started about 20-25 days after the purchase. Now it’s too lat to return. I asked the Roku rep what they would do and they indicated that engineering had to look into it. This may se like a minor issue to some, but it is annoying. The only way to eliminate the issue is to remove the memory stick. This also disables the “pause live tv” option that is a main feature of the Roku tv. At this point I don’t know that I can recommend this tv. I love the concept and ease of use. I just can’t stand the constant repeating when watching live tv.

Great picture, easy to set up, and Roku makes it very easy to adjust settings so my 75 year old mother can work the tv without issues. Great value for what you get. We have Rokus on all of our TVs and having it built in for my mom was the absolute best. Definitely suggest getting separate speakers if you care about sound quality, but for my mom it is just fine.

Setup is a breeze, user interface is superb, picture is very clear, colors are vivid, black is black, automatic adjustment to ambient lighting is excellent, audio adjustments are very good. I added Roku's smart soundbar, subwoofer, and back speakers for home theatre sound in a smaller (12 x 12) room; very satisfactory. I gave only 3 stars (average) for sound based on the TV's native sound capabilities without additional speakers. Add at least a soundbar and subwoofer if you expect better sound.
