So Roky now makes a QLED TV. It is suspiciously similar to a 5 series TCL before TCL went all in on google tv. That's a good thing. Good picture, color and sound. Colors and Black are both good, and better if you play with the picture modes. Roku smart platform is as user friendly as you can get.

Roku - 55" Class Plus Series QLED 4K Smart RokuTV. This TV has a great picture, nice sound with our soundbar and has a bit more bass sound than a lot of other TV brands. I like that. It sounds ok without the soundbar but we like surround sound. The style is sleek and looks good.
The only bad thing I'm starting to notice (after a month) is the TV turning itself off at various times while watching a show. I'm very disappointed so far. I have two other Roku TVs in the house, and they've never had a problem after several years of using them. Hopefully I can get a replacement.

I am now a dedicated Roku TV customer. The quality of the product and the user friendly features are outstanding. For individuals who love streaming this is the go to TV. The interaction works great and the Roku system is amazing.
The ease of use, the quickness of the TV in performing commands is outstanding. I also play video games on my Roku and enjoy every moment.
I plan on changing all of my TV’s to Roku!
I also love the built in speaker system it has. Placed where they use to be and works extremely well.

I gotta start by saying, I REALLY love this tv! I’ve had it now since Nov 24. Best purchase I made last year. However, there’s one issues I’ve had that’s just really annoying. It’s not a feature I was looking for in a tv, but it came with it. The remote’s voice feature. It listens for “hey Roku” if you have it on. SOMEtimes it works fine, but the majority of the tv, the tv gets stuck on the stuck thing I saw, freezes up, then restarts itself. Super annoying that all it seems to be able to handle is “hey Roku” and then can’t even follow through with “switch to Hulu” or whatever.
Everything else about this tv I love! I love the simplicity of the remote, it’s super easy to switch channels/apps by going back to the home page and selecting from there or by using the shortcut buttons at the bottom of the remote, the colors are great, size was perfect for my apt, sound is great, so many options for adjusting the brightness level and all that stuff. Really good tv and price wasn’t too bad either!

My first 4K smart TV

This 55" 4K Roku smart TV replaces a 15 y/o 42" FHD non-smart TV that was beginning to die. I was already familiar with the Roku smart operating system, as I had previously used a Roku Streaming Stick 4K, which is why I decided to buy this particular TV. I am porting the audio to my analog stereo system via the headphone output, so I can't comment on the quality of the TV's built-in speakers. The picture is quite stunning, which is only marred but the extreme reflectivity of the screen such that I have turn off all bright lights and close the blinds on all windows. I do like the fact that Roku included composite video and analog audio inputs, so that I was able to connect my old VCR. I've owned this TV for 6 weeks at the time I am writing this review, and have not encountered any problems so far. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Setup is a breeze, user interface is superb, picture is very clear, colors are vivid, black is black, automatic adjustment to ambient lighting is excellent, audio adjustments are very good. I added Roku's smart soundbar, subwoofer, and back speakers for home theatre sound in a smaller (12 x 12) room; very satisfactory. I gave only 3 stars (average) for sound based on the TV's native sound capabilities without additional speakers. Add at least a soundbar and subwoofer if you expect better sound.

So I purchased this as an open box item in "excellent condition". Upon bringing it home, it would not find any WIFI signals or connect to its own remote. After two weeks of going round and round with ROKU support they finally agreed to replace the TV. The new TV is amazing! Although we've bought TCL in the past I wanted to stick with the ROKU platform and TCL is now in bed with Google. I'm glad I did because the menus are simple and very snappy. The color of this TV is beautiful. I have no complaints. My only negative is dealing with customer "no-help". I'm sure all manufacturers are the same but they don't want to help you or honor their warranties. You have to stay after them to get any help.

Love this TV! Earbuds connected. Remote is awesome and rechargeable. I use the app on my iPhone to shut the TV off when the remote is on his side of the bed and he fell asleep. Beautiful picture quality.

I have had the TV for several weeks now. Initially, the picture quality was too vibrant and the faces red on video content. There is a advance picture setting menu. The way you access it is to play any video content and press the star button on the remote. From there you can access the advanced video settings which will format to all video content.
I did contact Roku to resolve this issue and they were clueless. I came across the advanced video settings from somewhat by accident and a youtube video.
The sound quality is good, although I am using ear buds to interfaced with Blue Tooth auto settings. Whenever you turn on the ear buds they automatically interface with the TV. Sometimes you have to manually connect the earbuds.
So far I am very satisfied with the TV. The Roku environment and remote are very easy to operate. For the price point I would recommend this TV.

So far I love this tv. I live in a place where I have to put the tv against a wall with windows directly on the other wall, so I used to deal with a lot of screen glare during the daytime. This tv actually does a really good job reducing screen glare, so I can still enjoy using the tv even when the sun is up. I think the tv is super easy to navigate as well and I enjoy the customizations.

This is our first Roku TV. It was very easy to set up and start watching some programs. We downloaded some apps, which was very easy to do. The color and sharpness of what we have been watching seems quite good. We have found that customizing TV settings and Live channels has been very simple.

Bought this as an open box item because there was none left in my region to buy new. True to the reviews I read beforehand, this model was easy to set up, connected right up to a sound bar, and the picture quality was great. This will be used in our second home that may double as a STR, so the spoon feeding of streaming platforms is ideal.

Exactly what I was hoping it would be. I am a "late adopter" so, this replaced a 42" Sony Bravia that still worked great. I've grown to really enjoy the Roku interface for all the various streaming apps I use, so did a lot of research on this TV made by Roku. We are using it in a finished basement so it is a fairly dark space with no issues of window glare. Picture is excellent and controls are simple to use to adjust for various types of watching. If you are familiar with the Roku interface, you'll appreciate the simplicity of having it built right in to the TV. I use it with a Sony speaker similar to a soundbar and it synced up to it easily (so I can't comment on the TV speakers alone). I also mounted it to the Insignia leg kit (linked below) so it would sit on my cabinet that is too narrow for the legs that come with it. When using the antenna, the audio gets out of sync with the video all the time, and will at times repeat phrases like it’s rewinding and then fast-forwards the sound as if to catch up with the video. It is more responsive than my old sharp Roku TV and the picture looks great without the yellow lines mine had, but it is not without glitches. The volume is not as loud as the Sharp was.
