Out of box item- Terrible smell

Nothing but trouble

The first one leaked and flooded our kitchen due to a faulty drain hose. The second one arrived with large dents in the front. The lower rack does not allow for larger deep dinner dishes.

Not Very Clean

Dirty water seems to recirculate which winds up leaving dried particulate matter on dishes at end cycle. Had to be serviced at about 10 months for known issue that has yet to become recall.

Samsung, never again

We always have to have dry Atlantic half of the dishes with every load. Had better results with far cheaper dishwashers in the past, Samsung reviews appear to be on the downward trend with their appliances. Will not purchase or recommend in the future.
