We have had this dishwasher installed for about two weeks now and absolutely love it! We love the adjustable racks. Another neat feature is the ability to lay down/tilt two rows of the tines. All the dishes we have washed so far have come out totally spotless and very shiny! This dishwasher is also incredibly quiet. Our den is the room right beside our kitchen...and we could not run our old dishwasher if we were trying to watch TV in the den because the old one was so loud. We actually had to mute the TV and strain our ears to be able to tell the new dishwasher was running! It makes so much less noise than our old dishwasher. We could not be any more satisfied with this dishwasher. I highly recommend it to anyone!

I read all the reviews and yes it is so quiet you can not hear it run..It is simple to use. The spaces are a little different but once you you get use to using it , it is better than conventional. There is no odor once it is run a couple of times. The drying takes longer but there are very few on the market with a heating element because they determined it could melt plastic..

This is by far the BEST dishwasher we have ever had! It is super quiet and the dishes come out spotless and dry. It has so many great features and it looks so sleek! Couldn't of chosen a better dishwasher!

We previously had stacked Fisher Paykel dishwashers and wanted to replace them with a single unit. So far we have found our dishes and glasses have a clean shine to them our other dishwasher didn't produce. We're very happy with this Samsung. Sonja, the Best Buy sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Had to replace this one due to a motherboard going out the first time we used it. Very same model after returned/exchanged works very well. Hard to adjust some of the times on the upper rack at times, and occasionally the soap door won't open during the cycle. Extremely quiet. I have opened it while it was running because I didn't hear it and didn't know it was on! Storm wash is nice, dishes have come out spotless. I think our first one was just an out of the ordinary lemon, very happy with the one we have now. Btw- get the geek squad coverage, since ours went out so quick, we used our protection plan and they had a repairman out the next day, even when we had called after 8pm. Made all the difference.

I did a lot of research before buying this dishwasher. I checked out consumer reports and read the on line reviews thru Best Buy. I've had this dishwasher for one month and it has yet to disappoint. It is quiet, so quiet in fact, you don't know it's running. You really have to strain to hear it. The inside of this dishwasher is deep and holds a lot of dishes. There are many features on this dishwasher, sanitize, delay half wash, etc. Whoever designed this dishwasher put a lot of thought into it. The dishes come out clean every time and I cant believe how much I can put into the unit. This has been a great buy and I'd buy one again.

Well after one year of use this continues to be a horrible appliance. The dishes, glasses and silverware do not get clean. Samsung has serviced it 3 times and has told me to cut detergent pods in thirds to use less soap and increase the temperature of my water heater. Neither using less soap or the higher water temp has helped. This is simply a bad machine. I get dirty, cloudy, and food stuck on glasses and dishes every time. Help me get a good dishwasher for $700 +.

We were concerned it was not a heated dry however after using for a couple weeks, we find it drys very well. What's also excellent about this unit, is that is very very quite, hardly know its running.

Wish we would've bought the better model. Racks are perfect for 100 plates, but cant fit bowls well or anything else.

Even after reading the specs, I was pleased with how quiet this unit is. It has lots of options and better layout for silverware than our old Kenmore. Be advised that his unit drains from the side (not the back) and does not have any space under the box. We had to reconfigure our drain and have a plumber cap off the old drain. It absolutely fills the space available so check measurements before buying.

This is a really good dishwasher My old one would leave gunk on plates and glasses all of the time. This one does not :) My only grip is Samsung customer service. I used the Samsung chat to understand why their are 2 plastic clips on the top shelf of the dishwasher that don't seem to be used for anything. Looks like they my hold something... but not sure what. The person on chat recommended I use the inside diagram (non existent ) for how to use. So still not sure..

Plenty of space for each level. Kind of awkward for bowls. Runs so quiet, but wish it would tell you or signal you that the wash was complete

The unit is very attractive and works well. It is extremely quiet and has been cleaning the dishes great. I have no complaints.

Ive had this for a few months and its a gorgeous washer and the inside is nice for filling up since there are two racks that face opposite each other to put dishes in different directions and has good silverware space. I like that the buttons are on top and are hidden but be sure your countertop doesnt cover them like mine :( the only thing i hate is that the top rack never seems to dry and always has water on things and the bottom rack is the only to dry otherwise its great. Keeps dishes really clean
