This dishwasher does a good job cleaning the dishes and is extremely quiet. When it is running you can barely hear it. It does not have a heating element and uses hot water to dry the dishes. I don't like that it leaves the inside of the dishwasher wet after the drying cycle is finished. I would probably not buy this dishwasher again because of this. I don't like the way you need to place the dishes in the rack.

The design of the dishwasher has updated our kitchen with a sleek look. We chose the Samsung products because of the quality and the pricing Best Buy offered that was better than any other competitors pricing.

Absolutely love this dishwasher! It's quiet! It cleans everything! Love the adjustable drawers. And the child lock is perfect for when my kids try and push the buttons.

I usually go for a cheapo dishwasher and tend to get what I paid for. The price on this model is a little more than I usually spend, but I got more than what I expected. It looks beautiful inside and out. It was easy to install. It is insulated very well and as a result, is whisper quiet. I have washed several loads of dishes and it gets the dishes very clean. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This dishwasher is so quiet I sometimes think it actually not doing anything, but it is. Does a great job.

Hello, This dishwasher is amazing not only is it quite, it cleans the dishes and cookware without having to put the dishwasher thru a second cycle.

Already had to replace the control panel, and have it serviced. Only ran it about 1 time a week. Limited people work on Samsung products, so it was 2 months before was fixed. Purchased an extended warranty from Sears. If I hadn't the repair would have cost more than the machine. It is quiet when it is running. Samsung warranty only lasts 1 year.

I didn't think I'd be this happy about an appliance purchase, but wow. This dishwasher is not only beautiful but it works very well. The cycles are all very quiet! It is very worth the extra money to step up to a higher end dishwasher. We had to replace a cheap (under $250) "stainless" dishwasher that was put in when we bought the house, was garbage! The door on this closes and locks like a fancy car.

Completely satisfied with this dishwasher; it's unbelievably quiet through the whole cycle, is very nice looking, and seems to be a well-built (very solid) appliance. It's detail in design of adjustable racks, and moldings to dampen noise show that it's a very well designed appliance, and hopefully will last a long time.

Only had 2 weeks now, but not always cleanest dishes. Maybe soap, but a little dissapointed. Top rack holder are short which limits glasses, full size cups

Great unit! Knocked off one star due to customer service. I called Best Buy to ensure that installation was included. The customer service agent guaranteed me free installation and pick up of the old unit. When the unit was delivered, the delivery guys had no clue what I was talking about. I contacted Best Buy CS and they said that installation was not included and whom ever told me it was not properly trained. If I had known, I would have purchased elsewhere. I only purchased from them to get points. Otherwise, the unit its self is great!
