I LOVE IT. ITS A GREAT FRIDGE WITH AWESOME FEATURES. THE ONLY THING I AM UNSURE OF IS THE WATER PITCHER INSIDE. IT DOESN'T AUTO FILL WHILE THAT BUTTON IS SELECTED. I READ ITS POSSIBLY BECAUSE CONDENSATION ON SIDES.

Haven't owned the fridge very long but so far so good. I like the look of the stainless finish, which seems a little nicer than other stainless appliances I have had. My only complaints so far are that I wish the interior shelves were more adjustable and when it was delivered and installed the fridge doors are slightly uneven and do not exactly align with each other. I do enjoy the flex door option for just grabbing a quick drink without having to open the whole fridge door.

Great, spacious product with a fruit diffuser and huge ice maker. Picked up for a sweet deal at the Best Buy outlet all because it didn’t fit in the previous customers home!! Would highly recommend.

We're loving this refrigerator. Holds so much more than expected. No more fingerprints and the drawers all close softly and quietly. The lighting is great too.

We love how much can fit in the refrigerator. The organization feature are well thought out and the side door that opens for items we use all the time is much appreciated.

Refrigerator is quiet. Ice maker dispenses very slowly. The front access door on the right tends to open both the inner and the outer door even when you only want the front outer door to open not all the way but just enough to be annoying. Freezer drawer is incredibly noisy until you fill it up (it needs to be pretty heavy before it quiets down a little), and there is no detent to hold the top freezer drawer when you open the freezer which leaves you constantly pulling the drawer forward to get things out of it, I would have made it so you had to move the drawer back to get to the bottom of the freezer, it makes more sense that way. Water dispenser splashes quite a bit forcing you to wipe after nearly every glass to avoid water spots if you have hard water in your area. Overall though it functions as expected and I'm not totally disappointed with the purchase like the last refrigerator I bought. (Also a Samsung.)

This fridge is a replacement for my previous bought Samsung. 8 times Samsung replaces the ice maker. I would consider a different manufacturer next time.

Buyer beware of freeze ups with your ice maker, Samsung Support is available, but willing to bet by the time you have this problem, options are limited...1st visit setup this week to replace parts, should a 2nd visit become necessary, a partial refund or discount of purchase on a new unit may be available, replacement of unit is dependent upon “where you are in your warranty period”. 2nd instance of the ice maker having problems, but the first time we took it upon ourselves to attempt to resolve due to COVID restrictions on in home visits. (Took everything out of fridge and allowed several hours to melt the ice and remove the storage unit) <— what a headache. Several BBY/other retail reviews led us to buy this model. Troubleshooting this problem led us down a long line of disgruntled customers who wish they never bought this brand. Apparently there is/was a class action regarding this? Always liked Samsung products and hope we don’t have to go through the whole 2nd service visit process.

We love our new fridge! The only reason that I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that there is not a ton of room to stand things up. There is one shelf that you can slide back to allow for taller items but in my house we tend to have more taller items so we have to lay them down. But other than that we couldn't be happier! The top drawer is perfect for easy grab and go, especially with the kids. And the internal water pitcher is probably my favorite feature!

Love this refrigerator. SO easy for organization and storage. Only issue we have run into is the freezer sometimes gets too cold and stops producing ice. Geek Squad came right out and fixed it!

Lots of storage and has a great look. shelves are easy to adjust and icemaker works to satisfaction. The extra food showcase gives easy access to high volume items.

this newer model from our last one has more bells and whistles but alas less door shelf storage. also they took out the freezer door bin for those really small items which I loved. it is beautiful!

The fridge is very quiet and roomy. Love the flex drawer flex ability. I ha e heard the ice makers have been an issue in the past on the french door fridges but I have had 0 issies.

Great refrigerator. Had a few issues with a dented door, but Best Buy took care of us. Would recommend to someone that has the space and needs a large fridge.

I couldn't say enough about this. We love it. The middle drawer works so great for the soda for the family and keep my wine colder than the fridge in there. Love french door refrigerators and this one is amazing!

For the price the product is excellent. we had some major issues with best buy deliveries. We have never experienced this much issues with Best Buy but at the end they made it right. Product has a Lotta useful features that you will love. My favorite is the water jug refills itself and keeps the water cold. The second course is the extra door in the middle to separate out several products we using all the time. third is the top extra door for quick access products using every day. So far the product is amazing...

We tried an LG which was a mistake. The ice maker was a disaster! So we went back to Samsung. Glad we did! Love the auto fill water pitcher inside the refrigerator. Everything is so cold that I actually had to turn both fridge and freezer areas up several degrees. So far everything is working great! The mid drawer holds a lot of foods that are our go to foods. The door in door is nice to keep the cold inside! Believe me the metal cooling works! This is a very stylish refrigerator and works as well as it’s beautiful too! Just wish Samsung had better water filters. None of the newer ones do! That’s the only draw back.

Love everything about the fridge except that it is definitely NOT fingerprint resistant! Which was a huge selling point for me. With 2 young kids, it has me busy wiping up all of the prints on the daily. Driving me a little nuts actually. The display model in the store was the black stainless finish and the fingerprint resistance worked great but it was not in stock so we went with the regular stainless finish and fingerprints show everywhere. Not cool.

Been a great fridge sofar. Nice to have drinks in the door. Kinda limited shelf placements though and door trays are not tall enough for some condiments
