Good monitor, i bought it for my son, as a Christmas present, he was pretty exited.

If you value your deep blacks on a monitor dont buy this one the backlight washes it out other than that it has nice brights and smooth motion.

Its not the best for for gaming but its great for work!

I got it and it works great and beautifully designed.

Picture quality was nice, but the build is very weak. The stand snapped off from the monitor about a month after buying. I wasn’t even moving the monitor, screws on the back just snapped and monitor fell.

I bought this monitor 3 weeks ago and I just checked it got a dead pixel because I just built my computer. I messaged to the samsung service center and they said it should be 5 minimum dead pixels to fix. Then, do I have to see the dead pixel everytime til the monitor got 5 dead pixels?

It’s okay. It doesn’t seem to match with me. It is a powerful monitor but I can’t find any place to fit the other end of the DP in into my PC. It’s an RTX 3050 and I got it from Ibuypower. Is this monitor compatible with this pc? The monitor didn’t come with a HDMI cable. What do I do?

Good monitor not the best but good great for the cost tho

This is not a review of the monitor itself, this is in regards to the apparent absence of quality control with "open box" items at Best Buy. This kind of garbage is unacceptable and inexcusable. Last time I checked, a shattered/nonfunctional display didn't qualify as "in excellent condition". This product was obviously opened/returned and NEVER bench tested. It was taped up and sold as "like new". The box was not damaged upon arrival either, so no... it wasn't a shipping issue. I have never had a problem like this with Best Buy. Unbelievable. This was a birthday gift, by the way, so thanks for that as well... Imagine how my son felt when he hooked this monitor up and turned it on (see photo).

Nothing like buying a open box excellent, and having a monitor with a defect. I have a gray bar on my screen that will not go away

The screen is really fragile my grandson cracked it using his finger to point something out to me. I got geek squad warranty replacement and BB told me it doesnt cover it Disappointed in how fragile the screen really is

Broken on arrival turned it on and had a big line down the middle of the screen pc I bought also completely just blue screened and is no longer working either

Monitor provides a sleek, ergonomic design with a beautiful interface. Beautiful color and display with many options throughout the monitor menu to fit to your needs. Will definitely recommend. Perfect for movies, gaming and viewing of any sorts. Have been utilizing this monitor for 3+ years with NO ISSUES!

I have had this monitor (primarily for gaming) for about 3 years now and it has held up extremely well. That being said, there are some caveats that may be problematic for upgrading down the line. For one, this monitor is a 1920x1080 screen ONLY. 1440p and 4k will only be available if you buy another monitor (for new gamers, 1080p is completely fine, however, the average resolution many pc players play on nowadays is 1440p). The production quality is great, it is Samsung so there is a line of professionalism shown in the hardware. The screen quality is also decent with minimized screen bleed on darker colors due to the FHD. It does reach 240hz so it is possible to game at high FPS if you are rocking hardware that can reach games at that level. The G-Sync compatibility is an extra boost for NVIDIA graphics card owners only. It helps with problematic screen tear and also a more smoother gaming experience visually. The monitor does get slightly hot after long use but that is not much of an issue. It is unfortunate it only comes with 1 Display Port and 2 HDMI. I would recommend this to anyone that is fine playing games at 1080p and there is an added QOL for NVIDIA users, however, if you have the money to afford something that can offer 1440p, do so. This is a great beginner monitor but if the monitor is limiting the resolution for those who have more demanding pc parts, why cheap out on a monitor? A sale on this monitor is great as it tends to get steeply discounted. All in all, I recommend this to anyone that needs a monitor for gaming, the 27in display is perfect size and the curve is slightly enjoyable.
