I was looking for a LG soundbar to match my 70" LG TV. I needed something that could fill a large awkward shaped great room. The only unit they had that could handle the job was $800, more than I wanted to spend. I kept coming back and listing to this unit... the sound was very clear and full for a sounbar at that price point and the next. Clear voice at any level without much adjustment. Rich deep base but not boomy sounding, mids aren't the best but still does a great job. I looked at the Polk Audio unit with the 3rd (center) chennel for voice and I was impress but this unit was on sale during Black Friday so it was a no Brainer... Also I can add the 2 rear wireless speakers to have a 5.1 system which I plan on doing in the near future. The unit powers on as soon as I turn my TV on and shuts off by itself when no audio is coming through no matte what source. My only issue is the lack of advanced control through the LG TV remote which I've programmed to other devices without issue.The touch audio app from Samsung is a great alternative.

I was hoping to be able to hear people talking without cranking up the volume too high but that isn't the case. I'm finding myself turning up the volume to hear talking but turning it back down when a car crashes or there's an explosion. I had to do the same with the TV speakers but these do sound a lot better.

Really easy set up, and good sound improvement over standard Samsung TV. Not rocking 3D surround like my old set up 20 years ago, but a nice compromise given the compactness and TV integration and a bonus is that the TV remote controls the whole package. Probably will get the remote background speakers soon.

Sounds okay. System lacks bass volume. Subwoofer cuts out occasionally.

Just bought a new Samsung 4K tv and decided to upgrade my soundbar as well. On a recommendation from the Best Buy staff I purchased this one. Once it was all set up I was pleasantly surprised at the sound. Good base voices can be heard well and some surround sound. Definitely recommend this sound bar.

Overall quality of the sound bar has exceeded expectations!! Being used in a great room with extended ceilings and the sound quality has been nothing short of perfect. Automatically sync'd with my TV and besides plugging it in for power, no additional work required. Highly recommend this product.

Picked this up to go with our Samsung LED for the main room without having to run wires for surround sound. Sounds much better than other sound bars I have listened to while being affordable. Still have true surround sound in the man cave but this is a good alternative that the wife approves of.

A different soundbar was on-sale, but wasn't a Samsung, and since we picked this up to go with our new 60" KS8000 Samsung TV, we figured like goes with like. The sound is amazing compared to the TV sound. The wireless woofer was so easy to setup, basically just turn it on and the TV did the rest!

We bought this group purchase to be able to get rid of wired speakers, and to move it between our homes. It is working great in our current home, providing clear sound, which is adjustable for different programming. It was easy to set up, with helpful hints from our associate at Best Buy.

great speaker for your regular sound not a super loud speaker.

I just opened and installed this unit last night and I am impressed with the results. I listened to several units in the store and talked to a few people before I purchased this unit, and I could not be happier. The setup of the wireless was simple and in no time I was listening in awe.

Works really well enjoy it during sp0rts,movies. Even just listening to music it's great!!!

Mated with my Samsung TV this sound bar & subwoofer deliver what I need to enjoy programs while on my treadmill. I can get the volume up to the levels where I need it, and it's clear without distortion, with no loss of sound in the upper and lower ranges. A perfect fit for my needs.

For those who do not want or need to go all out on much more expensive solutions, this is a happy middle ground. We purchased the satellite speakers as well for full surround. Definitely worth the investment. they are dynamic for their output capability, giving us the value we need.

I really love my new Samsung Sound Bar. It was very easy to set up and paired with my 65" Samsung TV nicely. I like the fact that it has a movie sound setting when watching movies, the bass really comes through and makes it feel like you are at the movies. Would highly recommend.

Allowed us to get rid of six pieces of equipment we previously used. The wireless sub is amazing. Our living room sounds like a theatre. I also love to play and cast music and videos, and the sound quality it great with music as varied as a Disney soundtrack to hip-hop music. Great value.

I'm very happy with this Samsung sound bar and subwoofer combo. The sound quality is better than I expected and has the ability to fill my 23 x 18 room just fine. It's no Bose but, as long as you go in with that understanding....it's a system that does a fine job for the money.

Our 7 yr old Panasonic HDTV has down firing speakers, so some of its sound is absorbed by the carpet (TV is wall mounted) and furniture place below it. Likewise many movies have much ambient sound that sometimes make voices difficult to understand. This soundbar was easy to install with 2 simple screws/wall anchors assembly and the included brackets. Likewise the included optical D.IN cable made connection to the TV very simple and quick. Following the instructions on page 12 of the manual we were able to simply connect our google cable remote to operate the on/off/mute functions. We are also pleased that the outward facing soundbar provides improved clarity of vocals as well as additional sounds our TV speakers were unable to reproduce. The center channel seems to have helped immensely with the clarity and the sound effect option of "clear" and "sports" has also been used several times. We are pleased with our selection of this 3.1 Samsung soundbar.
