Purchased the Samsung - 3.1-Channel Soundbar System with Wireless Subwoofer - Black and we like the way it sounds.

Got this unit on Black Friday sale and boy am I glad I did. I wanted something compact with minimal wiring and decent kick. Well this is all of that. It fills my main floor with deep full sound when playing music and is much more pleasant than a portable speaker. Because of its size you don't need it very loud to have great sounding background music at a party. On top of that it brings that movie experience that only a subwoofer can provide. I was skeptical about a wireless subwoofer but have not had a single issue with it. Also owning a Samsung TV, it flawlessly integrated when connecting via HDMI to my TV's ARC port. When I turn my TV on the sound bar turns on automatically; same thing on power off. My TV remote controls the sound bar volume, it couldn't be easier! I would highly recommend this package if you're looking for something relatively compact that is very simple to set up and use, especially if you already own a Samsung TV. The integration can't be beat. No need to pull out the "How-to Guide" any longer to teach your family members how to use the entertainment system!

Loved this product when I heard the sound quality in-store. Bought this for my dad for Christmas and he loved it as well. Crisp, clear sound all built into the sound bar and subwoofer. I liked that it was easy to set up. I would recommend this to all my friends and family. We use this everyday now. Great product

This Sound bar performs very well. Very Happy with the sound & output. You won't be disappointed. Make sure your connections & settings are correct for maximum performance. Also, great deal on this unit. I recommend getting the rear speakers that's recommended for this sound bar. Good price & sound performance

We finished a fireplace in our house and mounted the TV about it. Setting up the full surround sound setup wasn't really going to work well this time when attempting to hide all the wires. We went with this soundbar since we could add the wireless rear speakers as well. As a total package, it works really well. You have to make some adjustments to not being able to make the small changes to the sound dynamics afforded to using a receiver but when watching TV or streaming anything, the sound is really good and clear. The bass sounds really good coming from the wireless sub. The only time I found weakness was listening to music through the system, you don't get the full bass response from the sub but that wasn't surprising seeing as it's a smaller driver compared to my old 10" sub. We mainly watch things through the TV so listening to music doesn't happen to often on it. Overall, it was a really good purchase and adding the wireless rear surround kit works really well for the full surround sound experience coming from a sound bar and not a full home theater setup.

I really like the sound. really nice and loud sound from this one. I had an old Yamaha soundbar which was just OK. But this one along with the wireless subwoofer, its really good. And also I am using it along with Samsung TV which connects to this soundbar wireless. And the soundbar will turn on/off along with TV itself. So you don't need separate remote for this. Couple of reasons why its not 5 stars: 1. I am also using wireless rear speakers along with sound bar, and the volume of the rear speakers is too low by default. You need to adjust the rear speaker sound by going into soundbar settings. And you get good sound effects from rear only with certain settings (Movie, Game). Once you configure correctly, it sounds great along with rear speakers. 2. I use soundbar mount that is attached to the TV to mount this to the TV, and the way you attach this to soundbar mount is at the bottom of the speaker instead of the back of the speaker. So you need specific kind of soundbar mount for the TV. Not all soundbar mounts will work with this. Overall, its very good system for the price

Great sound bar for the money........had a little bit of trouble syncing with my TV, but once that was done I'm very happy....also you can buy additional wireless speakers to add on for Mega sound....

I bought these based on the recommendation of the sales representative when I purchased my Samsung 65 SUHD TV. They were easily installed and set up, just like he said they would. The sound is great and when paired with the wireless rear speakers it is just fantantastic in the den I have the system in.

I went to the store a few times to hear this and Sony's side by side. I finally decided that I would give this one a shot since I had just purchased from Best Buy the Samsung 65ks8000. The sound was amazing at home compared to at the store. At the store it sounded like it had too much treble and not enough of a full sound and no bass. Thinking it was the store's high ceilings and large open area that mis led me. It sounded amazing at home in the den. The main thing about this soundbar is that its a 3.1 instead of a 2.1. The 3 in 3.1 stands for the center channel just for dialog, leaving the two side channels to give you a rich simulated surround sound. The sub-woofer is wireless, only requiring you plug in the power cord. Together this 3.1 soundbar was / is everything I was looking for without all the messy cables. Center channel gives clear dialog even at low volumes, eliminating the annoying trend of having to turn up the volume when a movie has dialog and down when an action scene hits. Highly recommend this soundbar.

I cannot believe the difference this sound bar makes. The sound is much clearer. It gives you several choices between movies, sports, music, etc. Easy to hook up. Do make sure to remove the plastic cap from the optics cord otherwise it will not stay connected properly. Great price for the quality.

Great sound and easy to set up. If you are getting this to use via Bluetooth don't do it. Cuts in and out once you get about 10 feet. Other than that it works great.

I bought a new Samsung SUHD TV that I have wall-mounted, so it's great that the Samsung soundbar connects wirelessly with the TV. It was very easy to set up. There are better soundbars out there, but this one works seemlessly with my TV and costs a lot less while still providing great sound quality.

This I purchased with a new TV at the same time. I am happy with the sound quality. Sometimes it seems to get turned off and has to be manually turned on even though we have it connected using Bluetooth. If this happens to you the manual on and off button is on the right side square panel of the sound bar.

Clear crisp sound. Great for my Dad, who wears hearing aids, to help him understand speech on TV.

I didn't know much about sound bars before purchasing this one. Did a little reading up on it, listened to a handful of others at the store, then a week later it went on sale and I grabbed it up! Thoroughly love it! Can't believe I've lived before without the power and sound from this sound bar!

Got this open box for $220 and it was worth every penny. Connected via hdmi arc to my 4k tv and my Xbox one and sound is amazing. I also sprung for the additional 2 back speaker kit for true 5.1 and am very happy with my purchase. Look for open box and geek squad and you won't be disappointed.

I bought this sound system for my bedroom and I'm please with it. It's not too expensive like a Bose and the sound it's actually very good . I would not recommend to buy the 2.0 sound system but the 3.0 . It's very simple to connect and the wireless speaker it's great and easy to hide anywhere .

I wasn't sure I wanted or needed a sound bar especially in a small room(12'x16'), I was wrong. What a difference this sound bar has made for my movie/tv viewing experience. I didn't realize what I was missing in the dialog and sound effects. Not that expensive and easy setup to my tv.

I bought this sound bar primarily because the speakers on my new Samsung 4K TV were almost inaudible across the room. This sound bar has rich, full sound, and is powerful enough to fill even the big room where I have my TV. Since it is a Samsung product, it integrates perfectly with the TV. Two complaints: 1) The optical input port on the bottom of the sound bar doesn't make a very secure connection, so if I ever have to move the soundbar (which is not often), it usually means the optical cable falls out of the port. 2) I would have hoped that when the TV turns on, it would automatically turn on the soundbar. It doesn't. If you don't power on the soundbar, the TV will default to the internal speakers. But all-in-all, like the product and it is a great addition to my home.
