The current washer is the third one that I've had. The first had a dent and a scratch, the second had a huge dent and scratch, and wasn even unloaded from the truck. I pulled the tape off of the current washer after the delivery men had left and discovered a scratch on the corner. I had already signed the forms that it was undamaged, and the delivery men had left, so i suggest make sure all the tape is off of the appliance before the delivery men leave. The finish seems very fragile. The machine is easy to use and does a good job cleaning my clothes. But I would like to review it after I've used it more than twice.

This is our first front-loader and we absolutely love it. Easy to use, cleans great.

I did a lot of research and settled on the Samsung and glad I did. it works great, good features and I do a lot of laundry. plus I plays a nice little song when it is done as opposed to an annoying bell or chime.

I find this to be the best washer for the money. So far it has performed very well. It's very quite when running and get my clothing extremely clean. My water usage is down so I'm saving money as well.

This has been a great product so far. I can tell my clothes are much more clean than they have been with commercial washers, and it is a very quiet machine. Would definitely recommend this product.

I recently bought this Samsung front-loader after the sales associate suggested I go with Samsung because my laundry is located on the 2nd floor. The Samsung has the VRT..Vibration Reduction Technology which reduces the amount of shaking during the spin. I was torn between this and the LG but the LG did not have this type of feature and was not as recommended for 2nd floors. The washer has worked out great. The spin cycle starts off with a shake (30 seconds) but quickly corrects itself and then is pretty silent. It plays a fun little tune when it is finished. The cycles seem a bit longer than my previous washer but I have no complaints so far...I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

This is a fantastic washer. Its a little loud, but I have it on the third story of the house so i would expect that through the floor. Its powerful and slides a little bit each cycle....

If you are looking for a washer and dryer that are quiet. And energy efficient. The Samsung. Appliances above are great. most of the time I forget that they are on.

Very happy. Would purchase again. Very happy with the clothes being dryer after spinning. Less time in the dryer.

I am very pleased with this product! It turned out to be more then a washing machine with more selections, quietness and tunes for a bonus :) Best Buy delivery men were really top notch with their service! Things were touch and go for awhile with my narrow doorways and small narrow steps to the basement but they managed and were wonderful! Thanks to the guys and Best Buy!

So far washer is doing it's job. Hope it lasts longer than the competitors did. The only annoying part about it is the water all over the floor when cleaning the lint trap. Was also very perturbed at sales person for telling me I could not purchase extended warranty at a later date. Only to find out through an email from store that I can. Sure wish all departments could be on the same track!

Great set of washer and dryer, water and energy saver, both quiet. WE got them on sale for a great price.

This Samsung washer has worked good so far. Got it as a opened box item from the local Best Buy so it was a very good price. Seems to get clothes clean and has a great variety of cycles. The only problem thus far is that at times it starts to shake which can be noisy. It does eventually correct itself and level out. I've only had the product for a month, so there's no tell what problems may occur in the future.

I love this washer, there are so many settings I can really do any type of cleaning. I have washed clothes, blankets, pillows, delicates they all come out great. I love the extra rinse option.

This washer is nice!!!!!! Looks great, performs great, and saves you money!!!! Items take virtually no time to wash, and the washer uses very little water and detergent!! By far the best washer I've used!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!!
