I was skeptical due to the price, but after reading reviews, I decided to go forward with this purchase. I'm glad I did - it's not too loud, does a great job cleaning clothes, decent controls - all for a great price!

It looks absolutely "high tech", but it is so simple to use that you don't need a manual at all. Everything is self explanatory. Love it! :-)

I wasn't so sure about buying a front loading washer, but now that we have one I am so glad we did. We love it! Very easy to use.

I've had the washer for less than a month but I've used it multiple times to clean winter linens among regular laundry. It's pretty quiet and very water efficient. I use a towel to dry the rubber ring at the opening as the delivery man suggested and I've had no issues with mildew or a smell. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Works great. Takes a big load with no problem. I purchased this as a display model. Had about a month so far so good.

I love the washer and the various settings and ease of use. I hope that it lasts as long as my good old Kenmore did!!!

Got this about 6 weeks ago and love it. Was on sale for 599 and worth every penny. So quiet when it runs its amazing.

I bought this washer because it was the only thing I could find that would stack and still be "just" small enough to fit in the space. Otherwise, I would have paid less for a lesser expensive top loader washer. After using this washer I am so glad I spent the extra and went with the Samsung front loader. It's so quiet...you can hardly hear a thing even in the spin cycle! All clothes come out clean, It spins nearly dry with out stretching out the clothes, great on delicates, I could go on. The only thing I would change is the end cycle"song". This may be possible, but I haven't figured it out yet.

I just bought these machines for a new home. From what I can tell after a few loads, they are great!

This is a good basic washer but I will warn you that it makes a loud clunking noise when the door locks and unlocks. The features are okay but nothing special. Our children are grown so it's just the two of us; if we had a larger wash load, this washer would not get the job done as you are definitely limited on load size. The end of cycle signal is a song that lasts about 30 seconds and can be rather annoying (but can be shut off)

The washer vibrates and moves across the floor a lot even after leveling the legs. May be better if the pedestal would have been purchased with it but didn't want to spend the $200 on the pedestal. Overall, besides that it works great.

I like almost everything about this washer, but it appears to be on the louder side. I have had Samsung come out and take a look at it, but they said there is nothing wrong with it. They claim, the noise is exacerbated by the fact that it is on the top floor. I purchased the matching dryer for this washer and it functions perfectly!

Excellent machine. Very quiet & does an awesome job! We're very happy with our choice.

The washer works great & with minimal water usage.

Its a good product I like because isn't quite and I can wash my clothes mory easy.
