Overall my Wife and I are completly satisfied with the washer. We have owned an older top load washer and we didn't realize our cloths wern't being cleaned in our washer until we used this Samsung front load washer. We were amazed at the way our laundry looked and smelled straight out of the machine, not to mention its cut our drying time literally by nearly 20 minutes. We can't wait to get the drier.

This one is an intelligent machine and rather spacious for a home washer. Plays music when it's done (I know, it's not the most important feature for a washer but it's cool and useful as you know when to transfer laundry to a dryer. Has special regime for soiled cloth and very efficient with small amount of detergent. It uses hot water saving you energy. I love it!

I bought this as a store model with dryer. First was a open box item so I saved 40% off retail price. This machine does it all. She is like Alice on the Brady brunch. All the clothes are fresh and so clean. There are so many setting for you. You can even delay to start when you get home. Fits tons of things even a king comforter. I love it.

I love the ONE TRAY for everything - detergent, bleach and fabric softener. I used to use fabric softener in my old washer AND still used dryer sheets to get the softness. With the new washer I was happy to be getting rid of the dryer sheets, but it seems to rinse out the fabric softener too soon as towels are just not as soft as they should be.

good washer gets stains out that i had even after washing from a previous washer but I wish you could just open the lid and pour in more soap or take thinks out mid cycle i understand that this is not feasable with the front loading option

Very quiet and has all the features needed to get your clothes looking their best. Didn't think the steam feature was necessary. It came with an up charge that we thought we could live without.

We got the Samsung on an "floor model" sale, the representatives were great and the delivery people were funny yet professional. The washer works great, you can even set a start time like a coffee maker, the oly nitpick I have is the finish chime (not a buzz), while cute, is not quite loud enough to be noticeable. But that may very well be due to the location of my laundry room.

Machine is so easy to use, amazing how quiet it is. Love that it takes less water and detergent. We are wiping the inside down and leaving the door open after use so that everything dries out and so far clothes have been just as clean as the old top loader. I definitely recommend getting the pedastal

Easy to set up, leveled like the instructions, still vibrates in large loads.

Love it especially since I was able to price match and recieve a better deal. Delivered fast and most of all love how quiet and child lock safety features. Has muti options to choose from so your clothes last longer.

We desperately needed a new washer but had a small budget as well as a limited amount of space. This was the perfect washer for us! The washer leaves our clothes feeling and smelling clean. The washer size is large, which is so nice. Great purchase, especially for the price!

1st one that was delivered vibrated way too much,Best Buy was very good at handling the situation and the 2nd one is fantastic,sometimes these things happen, not the stores fault-customers have to remember that.

I purchased this washer to replace a 9 year old Maytag. The difference is like night and day. Quite a savings alone on water usage. Quiet operation and cleaner clothes. Can not wait until I need the dryer replaced!!

I purchase both the washer and dryer. It works great very quite and the thing I love most is that it's going to save you money in the very end. The price was just right it will pay for it's self.

My only complaint with the machine at this point is that after a month of doing laundry the basin still smells like it came straight out of the factory. It has a stronger smell, but doesn't affect the clothes just smells when you open it up.
